[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Connection — Not able to activate Smart Tunes by dialling 55300

I am not able to activate the Smart tune provided by your Company by dialling 55300 on me mobile phone. The No. of my cell is [protected]. Although an amount of Rs.3/- per mnt. is being deducted from my a/c, i am not able to activate the above service. I have been enjoying this service of your company a number of times before. there must be some technical snag in your server. PLEASE ADVICE.

I am a new smart connection customer, my mobile no.[protected].I have allready submitted my all documents without any error on 23.07.2009, after that my sim services activated, but my outgoing call is barred, even having sufficient balance of Rs.32.52, i have complane about it on the next day, till now i am not getting any response from customer care service.I will be very grateful, if you kindly help me.

Myself nilay malhotra, I have a connection of smart.
Before 2 days i have use the offer of 18 rupees in which call rate
becomes at low rate(local 60paise, local smart 40 paise)..
But instead of the tariff i used; whenevr i use to call any number in local
one rupees deducted from mine balance.
even i complain to the reliance customr care but they are saying that there is some
technical problem in their computer so they unable to help.
plsz let me know the solution..

Reliance Smart Connection — Deduction of unnecessary Balance

Sir,
It is my great fortune to be a customer of Reliance a reputed CHEAT company. This company number holding by me for more than 4 years. It is a common practice to Reliance to REDUCE the balance of customer unnecessarily. It is going on, but from April 2010 they are on the way to play a new game. They are deducting huge money in the name of Collar tune, Chat, SMS joke etc. I as a customer never uses such value added services. After we registered our grievances with them, they are crediting our account again by reducing a portion of money in the name of value added services.
On 8/12/ 2010 I saw they had deducted Rs.40 from my A/c, and after complain they returned first Rs 4.50 at 22:41:25 on 8/12/2010. .After that at 9/12/2010 on 16:05:53 (sl no:[protected] they returned me Rs.30. The same situation faced by me on April, June, and August and also on 28/10/2010 and 29/10/2010 (sr No:[protected].
Now on 24/12/2010 they again deducted Rs. 30 from my A/c by saying “wishes to Sachin Tendulkar”.
When I was calling to the customer care I faced ill behavior from a customer care personnel named by Mr. Jayanta……. (Date: 25/12/2010 time: Around 7 pm.)
If they required money they can beg from us. It is not fair to cheat customers in the name of great stars like Sachin Tendulkar.

Reliance Smart Connection — at present incoming and outgoing calls barring from com. side.

i have one no.[protected] in the name of mrs. urmila kumar. they have gone to kolkata for the treatment and there i think on23rd of this month the com. has barred the incoimg and out going call. when i inquired from the web world which is at hari omh tower at ranchi circular road from there we have activated our no. then i came to know that for want of paper they have barred the calls. i told them that without taking papers how you have been activated my no. and since two to three months it is working . they told that within an hour your no.will be restore but when they will come please submit the papers. but no result have came. then i contacted mr. om kumar sinha who is the head of customer care at ranchi and narrated the same story to him . he assured me that give me an hour time your no. will be restore. this is the story of at 5pm. again when my no. has not been restored i contacted mr. sinha at 8 pm he told that your no. is in qua . the next day on wednesday again i contacted mr.sinha then he told your no. will be restored today any time. but sorry to say that my no. has not been restored by the time and now mr. sinha is also not picking up my phone. i donot know what is the matter. mr. sinha had also told me that you please submit the paper when they will reach to ranchi so iby that time i am mailing the com that we have received the papers.
one thing i want to know that when my paper is not with you how you have activated my no. after taking all the papers you people give the sim then why again you are asking for the papers. if it has been lost by you you should give massage to us for the same. secondly i wish to know that when my no. will be activate . why every body is giving us the wrong information. if it is not possible why not they are telling the truth. should i avail the protability? thanking you with the hope that you will cosider my complain and do the need ful.
