with respect I have to say that I am a old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM service bearing no [protected]. My child by mistake has locked my mobile phone. There is requirement of PUK code. Plz. issue me my puk code as soon as possible.

GPRS is still not activated in my phone [protected].
The phone was recharged with Rs303.00 voucher
on 30. 10. 08 at around 3 pm. now 24 hours has
already crossed, it is not activated.

I am using Reliance GSM from lAst 3 months, its network coverage is not good, as call-drop rate is much more.I am residing at Rasdanga area, Asansol, west bengal.My no is [protected].From Last two days i am not able to make any call after 9PM, as there is no coverage.Pls solve the issue as it is creating so much problem. Please revert back soon.

Reliance Smart GSM — Registering wrong Name

Dear Sir

i have purchased Smart GSM SIM bearing No. [protected] and submitted formalities in the name of "Mr. J.SHASHANK". But on contacting the Customer Care & enquiring about the details they informed that the no. is registered in the name of "J.SHASHANK RAO". I have given proof of identity & address in the name of J.SHASHANK only. Then why they have registered the SIM in the name of J.SHASHANK RAO.

I request you to look into the matter and kindly register the no. in the name of J.SHASHANK.

code, i have contacted C.C ([protected])they gave me puk[protected] and told me to enter new pin (0000) but sim is not accepting the puk, last 1 attemt is left
