yes rose gas agency is one of the worst agency. They have absolutely no regard for their customers and have no respect...i wish the IOC take these complaints seriously and take some immediate action like sacking the current employees working in this agency
i am a resident of Adambakkam for more than 30 years and the service of ROSE AGENCY has become worse than ever before particularly after the booking system switched over to computer assisted booking thru telephone.They never attend the customers call. I booked a cylinder but not received even after a month.When checked thru telephone (automated system) it says that cylinder was already delivered. I feel the delivery boys sell it in black market. I am helpless now.
Yes I also agree with all your comments, Now a days Rose Gas Agency Service at Adambakkam is VERY VERY WORST in their service.The cylinder is got empty before two weeks I Have booked a cylinder at the month of NOV 2011 first week one month has completed till now the cylinder is not delivered. if we ask any delivery person he is telling that that the cylinder load has not come. i think that those people are selling in black outside.Computer assisted booking is not good there is no complaint option.Take the necessary action on these to resolve this issue.

WORST PUBLIC SERVICE WITH AN EDUCATED (MANAGER) CAN GIVE SOME GREAT AWARDS FOR HIM TOWARDS THE RECEPTION HE GIVES TO THE PUBLIC AND TREATING US AS HIS SERVANT!!!. WENT TO APPLY DUPLICATE PASS BOOK AND HE MADE TO WAIT FOR 3 HOURS TIME (ANIMATEDLY) AS IF HE IS VERY BUSY ON HIS WORK AND WE ARE ALL HAVING NO WORK AND APART FROM THAT THE LANGUAGE AND THE WAY OF EXPRESSION ( USED BY HIM) SHOULD BE KNOWN TO THE BOSS OF THE COMPANY AND CANT UNDERSTAND WHY HE HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS MANAGER.

why the indane gas agency has not taken any action against Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam.
Two reasons why India is still under the developing countries list is due to incompetent workers and corruption. ROSE GAS AGENCY, ADAMBAKKAM is the ideal example for this.
They are so incompetent and lethargic. I’ve never seen any organization being so insensitive to consumer complaints. Their booking numbers are never answered. I’m a working professional and I barely have anytime to go in person to book the gas cylinders. Even if one goes in person, the employees at ROSE GAS AGENCY, ADAMBAKKAM treat them with no respect. The place is overall filled with people who keep running like chickens with their heads cut. Can the concerned authorities taking necessary steps to find why these people never answer their phone calls, or why they sell the gas cylinders in the black market and claim twice the money from consumers. I sincerely request the IOC to take the required action based on the consumer complaints.
