[Resolved]  Sabi Gas Supplies — Irregular supply of gas cylinder

My consumer no 155980 and a consumer of Indane gas, registered with Sabi gas, Ayanpuram.
I booked the gas with Sabi Gas supplies on 26th of Sep 2011. I regularly check the status through 24 hrs service. The booking number is 276157.
On checking on 12th, Oct I came to know that the booking done upto 28th was cleared as per the 24hrs service system. but i have not recieved the refill. When i called Sabi gas services on 12th moring at 10 am, they replied that the gas will be supplied on 13th. but they have still not delivered the same. At the same time, my neighbours who have booked the gas at a later date, received the gas on 13th Oct (with in five days).This is a regular practice followed Sabi Gas for me. Every time, i had to follow up with them for my refill. I hope some one looks into the irregularity follwed by the supplier.

Indain Gas Supplier (Sabi Gas Supplier) — Very Poor Service

I have an Indain Gas Suppy with two Cylinder in Sabi Gas Supplier Ayanavarm.I booked Cylinder two weak before. it suppose to come two day before but the deliver person given my cylinder to some one.when i call up ask them.they says have to get suppy and also very poor response from the booked person
I have a Indane gas connection with Sabi Gas Supplies. Because of this gas problem I minimised my LPG usage and using electrical equipments in major. Even my minimum requirement of LPG supply once in 6 months is not being fulfilled by the agency. They make 'n' number of questions for the same. The staff of this agency treat the customers as we are beggars. litreally they drive us.

Sabi Gas Agencies — Irregular Supply of Gas refill

I am a consumer of Sabi Gas Agencies., Ayanpuram for nearly 25 years. My consumer no is T155980. For the past one year, I was realizing that the delivery is very irregular to me, and not following the order in which it is booked. Now with the help of automated system, I am in a position to make the compliant.
I booked my cylinder on 14th May 2011. As per the automated gas booking system, the cash memo is made on 24th May and the cash memo No. 11997. The delivery for 1 5th May is started on 24th May but I have not received the delivery on 24th May.
The delivery men don’t make the delivery to the right consumers but sell the cylinders in the outside market for extra cash. The management needs to look into this matter and take necessary action on the people who are doing malpractices and spoil the name of agency.
