Subject: Delay Delivery by Sabi Gas Suppliers
Respected Sir,
My consumer no 8589, i am senior citizen residing at 61/27, Elumalai Street, ayanavarm, pass three year of i am getting the cylinder on the correct date from the date of booking. they are issuing the cylinder very is one thing, they are also not having the responsibility to satisfy the customer and using harsh words. one thing i also want to say is if we book the gas on April 27, 2010 we are receiving the gas on May 6, 2010, but in the issue bill, the having the date on which we booked, i.e. May 27, 2010. for the next month booking they are calculating from the issuing date i.e May 6, 2010, so what happens in one year, we are receiving only 9 cylinders for 12 cylinders. so i please request you to take action for this complaint. Due to this problem Government gets bad name from the public.
