Hi,
I took Service of Samrat Packers and movers, Gurgaon to transport my household items from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. They promised to deliver items to Hyderabad in 6 days maximum.They lifted item from my gurgaon house on[protected] and promised to deliver it to Hyderabad by[protected].
I am following them and making calls to them to know the status of my consignment from[protected] but they are making false promises everytime saying that it will reach within 5-6 hours.
However, it has not reached to my hyderabad Address so far(as on[protected].Now they are not picking my call and disconnecting it. I am helpless and they are harassing me.I don't know where my goods are.My consignment number is 153.
