Samrat Packers and movers, Gurgaon — Extreme Delay in Delivering Consignment , it seems they have cheated me.

I took the service of Samrat Packers and Movers, Gurgaon to transport my household goods from my Faridabad location to my hometown at Bargarh, Odisha. The deal was done on 26th April 2015 and goods from my house in Faridabad were picked up on 27th April 2015. I was told that my goods will reach my hometown by 15 days and they will be delivered exactly at my home. However it has been nearly 2 month time and I am still looking for my goods, which has not reached to me even by today the 24th June 2015. I am afraid they have cheated me. I don't know where my goods are kept. I am moving to file an FIR in police station. However reading about consumer complaints of Samrat Packers and Movers by Neha Srivastava I thought the same to post a complain here. I am submitting the scanned copies of the documents which was handed over to me by the Samrat company staffs while they picked up goods from my house. Every time I am following them by making call, either he is not picking up my call or cuts the line. Even if he picks up the call he says my goods will reach within three days or something simillar.
