I have a Samsung DLP TV HL-S5679W. After about 6 months, it started making a clicking sound. We had it fixed under warranty which took about 2 weeks. Then about 6 months later, the same thing happened again, and no one would fix it under warranty. NO MORE SAMSUNG products EVER.

my tv's picture tube is not working. I had contact the local dealer and one engeneer had also visited. But no solutition they gave me. i have also wrote to guwahati m/s samsung india electronics (p) ltd. But they also didnot respond me on my latter. ph:[protected].

i bought a samsung C tv on feb14 2009, and it got repaired within few months many times technician came and tried to rectifiy it but they are not able to do that. Atlast they said that audio i.c is fault so they took a part named P.C.B and went before ten days but they didnt come till date.Hence i request you to take action immediately.you can find my complaint by using my mobile number.[protected], chennai.

your technisions are not keep up their promises, they never come to repair in time tell them to maintain time sence if they cannot come let them give feedback and reason, you are very prompt in taking money but not in aftersales service i am very sorry to say this
