I purchaSed SamSung laptop Sr. No. ZYUJ93SB701010 from M/S FaStrack Computing ltd. S.c.o no. 63 & 70, Sector-20-c, chandigarh aganiSt BILL NO. G0001932 Dated. 06-Sep-2011 Amount paid 22,000/- after 15 dayS there iS one problem Start in laptop keypad Switch ( S & w ) are not working It is under warranty period so I went to SamSung Service centre Quit Office No. 8, sector -40 Chandigarh and they Said the laptop keypad hv to change i don't want to repair new laptop now what can i do pleaSe help me out for thiS laptop from laSt one year i m collecting the money to purchaSe the laptop. Pleae help me anyone.

Dear Sir

As your advice i visited authorized samsung service center at Quit shop No. 8, sector-41, Chandigarh on 7th November'2011 and meet Mr. sandeep We talk about my problem and he check my laptop and noted required details... Model No/ sr. no. Bill no. Bill date and tell me that keypad is not avaible in stock We ordering keypad inform you 9th November but no call received till date then i call customer on toll free no[protected] and he update my complaint and gv reference no and insure that somone call u today but no calls pl provide me status asap.

(After 15 dayS there iS one problem Start in laptop keypad Switch ( S & w ) are not working )

This is my last and final mail I m totally fed up to contact Samsung Customer Care Team / Samsung Technical team as they ASSURE me last week that your problem solve by 16th November till date I continuously in touch with Customer Care Team / Samsung Technical Team and Authorized Samsung Service Center at Quit shop No. 8, sector-41, Chandigarh only assurance they give me. When I call Authorized Samsung service center, Chandigarh no one pick phone from last one week (Only one Time pick phone and reply this laptop Technician is not available they note down my number when he back we call you back till date I m waiting for their feedback. I m doing business of Events and Out advertising facing many problems. Pls tell me can anyone help me or I fill the complaint.
