i have requested your call centre with a request to fix the tv to the wall mount. your service centre by
name m/s G.techno services sent one person by name mr. bhoopathi. afterwards i have a problem
with sound of the tv and again i comlained and on 12th morning two people by name srikanth and ajay
came and disturbed the wall mounted tv and could not fix the same intact. the second person is not an employ of the g.techno services. they further told me that again mr.bhupathi will come within an hour and fix it to the wall mount. so far i.e. 11.45 today 14th when i spoke to the service centre again
service centre techncian srikanth tells me that bhupathi will come in the evening and fix it.mr. gurunath on whose name the service centre stands is not responding to my calls. his number as given by your call centre is [protected]. this is causing me both mental strain and physical strain and monetory loss over phone calls. I unable to understand how to solve the problem and to whom to
appraoch for the same except seeking consumer forum help. I believe samsung will reply me positively by taking some action on the service centre i.e. g.techno services, dilsukhnagar.
