I have reported an F.I.R for the same but no response till now.

Samsung S5620 — Cell Phone not working properly

I had purchased Samsung Monte Phone S5620 in July 2010. The mobile is not working properly as in network problem, the handset getting hanged, it is also getting hot. I went to the service center 3 times and after repairing also there is same problem.

For lost mobiles, the correct process is to first call your mobile company and block your number and then lodge a report at the police station of the place where you lost it.
