SAMSUNG Mobile Handset SGH J-600 — Manufacturing Defect

This is to inform / warn all those who visit this site regarding a mobile handset which is having an inherent manufacturing problem. The mobile goes to the 'inert' condition while in the ON state. One will not be able to receive or make calls in that condition. I contacted SAMSUNG company twice through their website and registerd my complaint also. But I didn't get anything except an automatically generated reply e-mail. The customer care of SAMSUNG is too worse that nobody will respond properly. Now I feel trapped with it and going to file a case in the consumer court. If SAMSUNG is a responsible company, as soon as they have noticed such a problem, they should have withdrawn the model from the market and given compensation to the 'victims'. After I confirmed the problem of my handset I made a survey on this particular handset and found that all are having exactly the same defect. Apart from this, in this forum also a bundle of complaints are packed in this very same topic.

Samsung i 450 — Mobile phone camera not working

Its been 1 month i have loadged complaint in authorised service centre of Samsung in Sector 14 gurgaon.

afterwards i go there twice a week, there is no centre head who is educated,

service engineers are very rude, don't know how to speak

samsung L700 — Mobile stolen

This is to inform you that my samsung L700 mobile got stolen from Uttam Nagar(E) New Delhi.
It went exactly on tuesday May 26, 2009 when their is a regular tuesday market in this vicinity.

Samsung SGH J600 — PHONE LOST BY YOUR SERV CENTRE

above product was purchased in 2007 but it was not working having many manufacturing problems, i.e.poor quality of product. we gave it to samsung service centre, "SUPER COMPUTER SERVICES" on[protected] for rectifying/repairing the instrument but till date, i.e.today 19th June 2009=
after ONE year the servicemen are not giving back our mobile and they are just showing excuses.
it was our misfortune that we purchased a samsung mobile as there is nothing like a customer service.

under the circumstances, samsung co; is requested to give us a mobile in lieu of the misplaced piece or else company should compensate us. we will have to rethink in future about your products.
