Sir/Madam
I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on[protected] from D.S Dhyani Associate, Niranjanpur, Dehradun,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing/Demo the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a 4 days.
Pl.ook in to the matter and take necessary action against those who are spoiling the name and fame of world class samsung company.
I have faced problem in Feb Month. Purchased a samsung microwave oven on 6th feb, 2010 from Relience Megamart Pune.
Samsung Executive came to my house on 27th Feb, 2010 for demonstration after making several calls and creating mental pain.
Customer care is also pathatic and they really have a stubborn attitude and very rude. They do not know how to talk with a customer.
I have made up my mind not to go for any samsung products in future and i request you all not to purchase this organization's any bloddy hell products.

    Hi, Myself Vinod Sawda A Sumsung Iskara (S-379) CDMA Customer From Satna M.P. I have Purchased New Iskara CDMA Handset on 06.08.2009 & After 15 Days i got the Problem on the handset that Handset is Droping the Network. 1st i Didn't know that in Satna Samsung Having Any Service Centre, I went that Retailer From Whom i have purchased the handset then he suggest to go to Samsung Distributor Point at Satna Marketing, i Meet Mr, Anil Dhanwani Their & he suggest me to go to Samsung Service centre which is saturated at Jai Stabh Chowk by the Name of "Chacha Enterprises", I meet Mr. Gudda there Which behavier was not so good for me also i feel that he was not taking interest regarding the same, but he take the handset & gave me time till evening & also no job sheet given by him, in evening i went there then he said that we dont have software of this handset so i will talk with my bosses & inform u tomorrow, i said ok. also i went there on next day he said that handset is ok now, i saw that there is no software istalled on the hadnset coz phonebook & other memories was not reseted. then he said we have done hardware work on ur handset. 1st of all i want to infor u that i know mobile repairing software & hardware both but i left it coz i got the job in Reliance Communications. i saw there is no screw opened means he didn't do any job on the handset from 2 days. on same day i got the same problem again & i gave the handset again to Service Centre to Mr. Gudda then he said i will check the handset give me time till evening, at evening i went then he said left the handset till morning. in Morning when i went then he's saying that handset having no problem Reliance Having Network Problem so u r Facing the Same. I told before that i m in Reliance Communications, if Reliance having Network Problem then Why Iskara HAndset Only getting that i have LG handset Why its Netwrok not Dropped. Then He didn't do Anything in 4 Days & return the handset as previous Condition.Still on Date 14.12.2009 my problem not solved

      i have install new pc suit version NPS ID3 for samsung metro s3310 completely but my mobile phone is not connected to the pc after installation also.

      i am connecting phone using USB cable, i also install USB driver competely.

      my memory card is connected with pc nicely with USB CABLE, but pc suit is not connected using USB cable so pls solve my problem.

      samsung metro S3310 — problem of data transfer (via) to memory card, no bass support, f.m error

      There is no data transfer directly to memory card in mobile, No proper bass support sound in mobile, and always shows F.M ERROR
      i am dissatisfied about customer service samsung
      Well, this is true..there is some problem with NPS from Samsung, and they should really do something about it, butyou can still acess your mobile to transfer data from and to PC as well, use it to connect to Internet.
      I was also struggling strong enough to get it connected to NPS, but all was in vain, follow the two steps, and you would be able to do everything thata you could do with NPS, without actually opening NPS at al..
      1. To Transfer files between PC and Mobile - Connect the mobile in mass storage mode to pc, this makes the PC read your mobile just like a memory stick/pen drive, and you can easily access the files.
      2. To connect to internet - check in Phones & Modem Option in Control Panel of your system. If you see Samsung USB Modem, then give a call to your ISP, they will give you a command line code, that overrides the requirement of NPS to handle the phone as Modem to the internet, and even without opening NPS, you can browse through your websites..like I am doing now.

      Yes of course, the speed is slow, but then its not the phone problem, its your ISP problem and data traffic in the network!!


      Initially, I was thinking to change my handset itself..but now..it has turned up sort of flawless...and with the rate of S3310, comared to any Nokia with same feature..SAMSUN METRO S3310 is the BEST!!

      Dear Sir / Ma'm,

      I'm using SAMSUNG Metro S3310 mobile phone. Now When I switch on my phone, balance from my account is deducted by Rs.1.5.

      Now can you just provide me the solution why it is happened ? And what is the best solution ?

      But mobile tracker is activated when you are replacing your sim card ... Is it so ???

        Hi,

        I bought a Samsung Microwave Grill, from Geylord electronics, Paltan Bazar, Dehra Dun on 2nd December, 2009. I was promised I'll be given microwave utensils (starter Kit) in a couple of days. But till now I have not got it. Even repeated calls to customer care for installation has fallen in deaf ears. Worst customer care response I have seen. And without the microwave safe utensils , what does Samsung expect me to do with my microwave.

        If anyone is listening in Samsung please contact me.

        Samsung India/Microwave — Non working of Microwave since two months

        I have complained about not working of my Microwave with the coustomer care for Samsung India on 09/02/2010 and a reference No. has been given to me [protected] by service call center. No action has been taken till then, even so many times phoned them.
        Again I visited website of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on 16/03/2003 and register same complained in reference of above complained on their contact to us page, again they provided to me a new reference No.[protected] and I still waiting for their responce.
        No one is listning kindly help me.
        Samsung Services in India is very poor and I definetly suggest to new bayer plese confirm about the services SPACIALLY before buying any Samsung Product.

          Samsung TV model CS21A530FL CODE-AXXL bearing Serial No.08253ZAQ900579H purchased on[protected], at Nalasopra Dealer Snehanjali.

          The set was replaced 2 times due to color patch problem and sound issues.

          Now I have been transfered to Goa. The same was complained to Service centre. But the problem still exists.

          My. BP No.[protected].

          Can this be resolved so that I can see my TV properly while working.

            Escalation regarding mobile delivery


            Hi,

            I am highly dispointed with service you are providing.

            I had booked Samsung- 5603 (3G) mobile on 6th December and done full payment on same day. i wanted to gift it to my Brother on his b'day on 10th of December.

            It was told to me that i will receive my mobile on 10th Dec. I could not get it. I was asked to revisit the shop on 11th Dec.
            That day i could not gift it to my brother but promised him to get it on next day.

            I revisted the shop for same on 11th dec at 6 P.M. but they asked me to revisit it on 9 P.M for same.
            I had gone to shop for same again on 9 P.M but could not get my mobile delivery.

            I wanted my delivery urgently, but Cashier, Shailesh, Vikhroli branch told me that Ganesh has gone for delivery but he could not contact to ganesh for same. Later he told that warehouse department got closed so delivery can not be happen for next two days, till 14 st Dec.

            As it is going take another two days and I urgently wanted my mobile i called up Area Manager, Amit Dhuri on [protected]. But he told me the same reason. I asked for Zone manager's number to Amit but didn't give it to me.


            This is extremely annonoying and frustrating that having done full payment for mobile before delivery, almost a week in advance, I am not able to get my mobile delivery, rather i am asked to wait for next two more days.
            Eventually i could not gift the mobile to my brother till date though i promised for same.

            Considering that PlanetM is a good store, we approached it for new mobile purchase, but i am highly disppoined by service and response you are providing.

            This is really a bad experience for me from PlanetM and defainaly like to put in front of you in order to avoid such escalations from other customers.

            I am expecting some strict action against all guilty people from PlanetM to avoid such irresponsible things.

            Hoping for positive response ASAP.

            11th Planet - Mobile Shop — Mobile Service not done properly

            Dear Sir,
            We had given a mobile sony erickson K530 for service in the near my mobile service shop. The service person has collected Rs3100 for servicing the mobile now he deneys that we had given the mobile itself. Please help us in getting the mobile back. We don’t know whom to contact regarding this.

            There is no escalation levels for non performance.

              Dear Sir,
              i had purchased a new CDMA hand set.
              Since Day one its battery and display were giving problems. When I contacted the Samsung Service centre, they informed that the set is defective and needs to be replaced, but I will need to return the set to them and wait for 15-30 days for replacement. They were also not sure whether the replacement would or only the motherboard will be changed.
              Since the set is in warranty, tyhey were not willing to talk to seniors for immediate replacement wherein they can request for new motherboard and do immediate replacement for same
              I have spoken to samsung seniors for early replacement as it would not be possible to be without handset for such long time ans I anm working in sales for a PVt firm
              Pls help in getting the matter resolved..

              Samsung — Complaint pertaining to CDMA handset

              Hello,

              I purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile phone (Guru - SCH519 with IMEI # - A0000017C54DB3) on[protected] from Akash Electronics, G-4, Upper Ground Floor, Savitri Market, Sector-18, Noida. Since then I have been running into issues related to voice clarity, presumably due to call drop.

              Initially, I was under the impression that it was a network issue. However, I realized a month later that it is a problem with the handset itself.

              I have visited one of the Service Centres several times to get this problem fixed. Here's the address -

              1st Floor, Tilak Bhawan, Sector - 27, Noida

              My complaint was attended to just once (out of those multiple visits) and that too didn't help as the problem is still persisting. On numerous occasions, i was told that the problem couldn't be fixed due to unavailability of spare parts etc. I believe the phone was repaired incorrectly even after I clearly explained about the exact issue (call drop). Apparently, the mic was changed. On bringing this to the staff's notice during my recent visit to the service centre, I was told that the problem could be with the mother board and that couldn't be fixed due to its unavailability.

              After going through this my patience has ran out.

              Samsung CDMA Handset — Hang and many issues

              It's very frustrating to tell you that i purchased Sumsang CDMA MPOWER Muzik handset in 16-March-2010 and not working properly.
              I have already given my handset 4 times in last 5-6 months and still i am facing same problem. Today it is in again in the center....SW work already done 2 times but there is fault in handset as many times mobile is not reachable mode and in hang mode.Now i am using simple handset to get my calls.Mobile battery already drained in 5-6 moths with is also socking.
              I am having same handset with my frd which is working fine from last 2 yrs without any issue.
              Kindly check and try to change the handset if possible.

              Need to change the handset so that i can use this...

                i hav sbmitted my samsung mobile at nagpur service centre of samsung fr s reason dat my battery ws drainin fast bt they told me dat d battery is fine n while returning my mobile it ws nt starting n they said dat there is a prob wid d mother board n they need to replace it(wich ws workin good wen i handed them my mobile).
                n now its more than 13 days i cudnt get my mobile back n they r sayin dat it'll take another 5 days...

                Samsung/C-3010 — Replacement of Mobile Handset

                I had bought samsung mobile C3010 on 14/05/2010 on from M/s. Hi-line M-5 Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 with Airtel connection. On 15.5.10 the connection was activitated, but the service was not found to be satisfactory as the person whom I talk to through this phone is unable to hear my voice. As the hand set seems to have some manufacturing defect, I had returned the same to the dealer- M/s. Hi-line on 18/05/2010. Since then, inspite of almost daily follow up, New set has not been given to me till now.

                  Dear Sirs,
                  Ref: Samsung SF 5100
                  Sub: Complaint against your Service Engineer
                  We, BHARGOVI, in our office, we are using the printer Samsung SF 5100 since last 4-5 years. Barely 3 months back, we had a problem with the printer and as per the telephonic complaint made to your telemarketing executives; your service Engineer Mr.Kailash attended the call. After the thorough inspection, he had a suggestion to change the part-Main Board and as per his invention we agreed to do so and changed the part and he charged sum of Rs.4,500/- for the same. From last week we are facing the same problem in our printer and complaint to your executives. But once again Mr. Kailash suggested, changing the part-main board without inspecting the machine, and we had the argument with him finally he said that, if we give permission to change the part, he can come with the part and repair the same. Our question is that, Is the original part of Samsung had any warranty of six months at least? How your executives deciding the problem sitting at your office premises? Funny thing is, we taken this matter with your executive Miss. Nimitha, she had sent your engineer Mr.Shinde repair the machine even without changing any parts. How is it possible?

                  Now at this point of time we felt that Main Board changed by Mr. Kailash before 3 months was not required & Rs. 4500/- I charged for the main board was not required as I think he is not capable of judging the problems in the machine. As when I call him he either never attends the phone nor reply’s. After appoint of time I felt to go to the consumer court and file a complaint but as a good citizen I felt not to go the court for this matter. So please look in to the matter seriously and enquire the same with your engineers who attended the matter & let us know.

                  At the same time, we complained the same matter to your call centre at Chennai & service center at mumbai; but all the call are in vein. They people holding the phone call for half an hour continuously and giving the assurance to call back in half an hour, but neither in three-four hours there is neither call back nor replies from their side.
                  This is for your information and proper enquiry.

                    I purchased Samsung 60" DLP TV in the year 2006; suddenly now on[protected] it stopped working; The TV cost me mearly about 2.60 lacs or more when I purchased, I have made severel complaints to samsung customer care number[protected] my complaint number is [protected]; So far even after one week they have not diognaised the fault in the TV; Lack of experienced service Engineers in Trichy for that TV and lack of sufficient stock of spare parts is the problem; For High end customers at least samsung should think of deputing proper experienced service engineers from chennai and supply spare parts; I am worried for having trusted samsung and I will think twice before buying any samsung product here after; I am of opinion that service is very poor in samsung

                      i had purchased the refrigerator in march 2009. the fridge makes humming sound and vibrates a lot. we complained to your service centre the person who came for service was not a tecnichian and it seemed he had just come formality sake... we have purchased it from harsha store belgaum.. the complaint from our side is not given any heed... hope u would help us in best waypossible...

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have purchased Mobile (SCH-S379) Sr No A[protected] on 12/08/2009, with in 1 month I realised that the handset mother board was faulty & I approached your service centre ( Micro services, Thane) . They confirmed me that I will get refund and ask me to submit the hanset. Which I have submitted on[protected], Till date I am doing continuous follow up but not getting a response from service centre. They are not even able to tell me the status.

                            I cant install any softwares or .jar files into my mobile gt-s3310, samsung.

                            I am unsure of many other softwares that you can install but I could install softwares like GMAIL, ICICI Bank Account, skype etc... just google for these softwares and you can istall by following those links sent to ur mobile. I am not sure which softwares you are all trying to install

                            U can do one thing just download .jar to .jad converter and convert the .jar file to .jad or in any format
                            and then try to install it in ur mobile.

                              I had purchased a Samsung Jet aka Samsung S8003, The company specification shows a stand by life of 422 hours.I use the mobile for just incoming calls, havnt used any heavy functions like bluetooth or wifi, and it give a battery life of just 15 hours.My recommendations to everyone PLEASE DONT BUY SAMSUNG JET.

                              First of all, make sure your GPS/Wi-Fi and 3G are off when not in use -- this drains battery for nothing as hell. Second, charge battery like you suppose to charge: start charging only when battery is fully drained, turn off the phone and then charge. Turn phone on after it's fully charged, and then watch how it's going on.
                              I purchased a jet less than a week ago, the battery life is really bad! I have only made 1 call and have turned off all the battery draining things on my phone, most of the time i text, could have gone for the tocco but decided that you pay for what you get! Does anyone know if i change the battery will it make any difference? thanks

                                I bought a lovely new Samsung Corby last month at E zone, Chennai. with in 2 weeks the LCD display got two horizontal lines in the middle of the screen.
                                somehow I found the service center at Mylapore and gave the phone for Service.
                                Since then I've been following up with for so many days and whenever I call they say new LCD screens for the mobile are yet to come.

                                God knows when will they come

                                Last month I bought a new samsung corby GT-s3653 .Few weeks later i saw that the topmost part of the touch screen was not working . When i went to the service centre they told me that they had not seen such a problem with any of the touch screen mobiles.They said that if there is a problem with the touch screen the whole touch screen would not work .But in this case its not so. What should i do now?

                                  NO RESPONSE EVEN IN WARRANTY PERIOD
                                  Through this complaint i want to say that i have purchased a cellphone samsung S3500 dated 5-08-09 IMEI NO.[protected] from JOINT COMMUNICATION,CIVIL LINES,BAREILLY, one of the authorised service centre too. with in 3 months something has gone wrong with its display and i have given it to the very same service centre on[protected]work order no.282) as it is in the warranty period . he assured me to take the cell back after 8 days.now even after 31 days he has not repaired it and said that there is something wrong with this model and we are not getting parts and take it back after one month.before this period it is not possible to repair. he further said that this model is not good and many complaints are coming regarding this model. he was not responding in good manner and said that i cannot do anything and you can take the cell back.
                                  now i want to know that if company cannot provide the service facility efficiently regarding a perticular model than why the company launched that model. Isn't it made a bad impression regarding the image of the company in the minds of the customers.neither the company nor the service center is taking this matter seriosly

                                      I had purchased a Samsung fridge Model No. mentioned above on 02.08.08 from a dealer -Uniflame, New Guwahati. After about 10/11 Months, all the metal frames of the fridge showed signs of rusting. So the matter was taken up with Uniflame, who had referred the matter to Samsung. The people from Replacement Section visited and inspected the fridge and seeing the unusual rusting of the fridge agreed to replace the same. But 3/4 months have elapsed and they are yet to do so. Mr.P.K.Das (Mobile No.[protected]) who is replacement in charge repeatedly failed his promises. Please help for early redressal of my grievance.

                                      Samsung — Replacement of Fridge

                                      We bought the products Refrigurator Model # RT28M of Samsung from Shah`s on
                                      [protected] with their Invoice # RPCSL-1831 dtd:[protected]. The Demo was
                                      given by Samsung on[protected], and we found the fridge found damaged, and
                                      we informed to the distributor for replacement, and there was no action
                                      from them ( spoken to Mr.K.V Ramana ), and finally we called Customer
                                      care and registred via complaint # [protected] dtd:[protected].

                                      and finally we got a call from Mr.Wali of service Head - Samsung Customer
                                      service saying that Samsung is not responceable for this defective and the
                                      distributor ( Shah ) has to take care of this replacement . and we called
                                      Mr. K.V ramana of Shah, and there is No Action from him. and they are
                                      least botherd of our Money spent to Buy this Fridge

                                      and after a frequent calls they have agreed to give replacement for my fridge through Distributor and till date after 4 months it is not replaced yet, when ever we are calling the readymade answer from them is the stock of the same model is not avaiable yet and will be replaced once received

                                      Kindly Help me to get the replacement and if possible compensation too

                                        I had already given the system for reparing on dt.21.08.09. at your authorised centre at Sector-8 noida. At that time they were telling me that it will be reparired within 4 to 5days. After 4 to 5 days they informed that the spare parts is not available. We will get back the new system or back the amount within 15 days. But after so many request no one can response.

                                        So that i requst you to give my system ASAP i will very grateful to you and oblige.

                                        An early action is highly appriciated.

                                        I have no patience to wait for the same.
