[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — bad condition

we purchased a refrigerator model no. rt 31 from ezone rohini metro walk..model no:RT31RVMS1 on 22nd of september. we openeed it after few days and found it with a major dent on door and side panel...we requested the dealer to note the complaint for the same.he sent company people but they refused to change as it was a fault during transportation which was done by dealer and not the company. we reminded him thrice...but no response since then.

COMPRASOR NOT WORKING FROM 11 APR 2013
I had lodge a compalint in samsung service centre due to refrigarot comprasor not working and we have not recv any responce from your reprentative or call centre, before 4 days your reprentatvive called to me and said your comprasor will be arrange on 18/04/2013 but stiil is pending

Pls check and resolve the issue
