[Resolved]  Samsung S3310 — regarding problem in speakers and call attending

sir,
i purchase mi samsung mobile set S3310 on August,2009. From last 1-2 weeks it's speakers does not work properly. and also sometimes when i attend some calls, i cann't hear the voice of other caller.Mi mobile is under gurrantee period,so sir please tell what i have to do now to overcome from this problem.

i purchased my samsung mobile model no. S3310 before 2 weeks and now when i changed its memory card the music player is not working. It is always initializing state.
