[Resolved]  Samsung Split Ac — Poor service and No response

Dear Sir,

We had logged a service compliant about my split air-conditioner unit not working.
Ref No: [protected], Dated 14th April 2009.

Spilt AC model No: AS18FADTL, Sl.No. A125PZBP201051P

Since 14th April 2009, no body come for attend the problem.

Every day we phone and remind the service reference number to your customer care center.

If you are not able to solve the problem, please take back your AC unit. Or i will through your split ac at your door step.

Really glad to know that that 4th day Samsung Service Man visited to provide after sales suport - I was very much worried since yesterday only I bought the same Model of Split AC.

In my relatives home i saw the same model of ac. It has a wifi symbol on it. I tried to connect the smart remote app. But i couldnt activate the wifi. What to do now
