[Resolved]  Sandeep Kumar — Cash not Dispensed in ATM but Account Debited vide Transaction no 1813 at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,DORAHA-141421,LUDHIANA PUNJAB

I Sandeep Kumar having account no SB-19936 with Canara Bank, Bharat Nagar Chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab i have made a ATM transaction of Rs. 10,000/- on dated 15.12.2007 at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK DORAHA, PUNJAB but cash was not dispensed. I have filed the below complaint on 18.12.2007 till now almost three years has been passed but I have not received any refund. Therefore I humbly request you to please look into this matter again.
Kindly credit the same amount in my account as soon as posible.

Sub: Complaint against error debit in my a/c no. SB 19936 ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD NO. [protected]-(CANARA BANK) IN THE NAME OF SANDEEP KUMAR.
Sir,

I HAVE ATM –CUM-DEBIT CARD NO. . [protected] -ISSUED BY CANARA BANK. ON 15TH OF DEC-2007 (SATURDAY) AT APPROX. 6.40 PM I MADE A CASH TRANSACTION THROUGH MY ATM CARD AT PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK –DORAHA FOR RS. 10000.00 (RS TEN THOUSAND ONLY). BUT THE TRANSACTION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL AS THE MESSAGE FROM THE MACHINE SHOWED “INSUFFICIENT FUNDS” WHEREAS THE CR. BAL. WAS RS. 12402.00. AFTER THAT I WENT TO LUDHIANA AND PUNCHED MY CARD AT OVERSEAS BRANCH OF CANARA BANK –DHOLEWAL.

AFTER THAT I APPROCHED CANARA BANK ON 17.12.2007 (MONDAY) AND POINTED OUT THE ERROR. I WAS TOLD BY THE CANARA BANK STAFF THAT THE TRANSACTION HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE THROUGH PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK VIDE TRANSACTION NO. 1813 DT 15.12.2007 THROUGH ATM. BUT WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CASH.

WE HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO VERIFY, CHECK AND CORRECT THE ENTRIES AND REFUND OUR CASH.
WE HOPE THAT KEEPING IN VIEW GOODWILL OF YOUR BANK, YOU WILL SATISFY US BY RECTIFYING THE ERROR IN YOUR ATM MACHINE.

Dear Sir,
This is refer to my complaint of non receipt of cash we have made a cash transaction on 15.12.2007 at approx.6.40 P.M at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK DORAHA- PUNJAB but our account has debited but we have not received the cash till now almost three years has been passed but we have not received the refund of Rs.10000/- in our account SB 19936. We got a call on dated 02.05.2018 from this number +91 [protected] and she said that she will send me reply in written but still i have not received any reply.

I request you please It should be thoroughly investigated and tell me that why have not I been given the answer till date and if there is any lacking of bank system then why hide it.

This is my hard earned money. I will not let this happen like this.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the reference to trailing mails, still I am waiting for your response. I have mentioned all details in my emails, Please tell me If you need any other details. I have visited many times in Canara Bank, Bharat Nagar Chowk and Punjab National Bank, Doraha, But nobody help me to resolve this matter. Today i got a call from Canara Bank customer care number +91 [protected] and there was a women specking and she the told me that you case is 11 years old so they cannot help me, But i want to know when i have visited in Canara Bank on 18.12.2007 and submitted my complaint in BNC branch, Ludhiana then why did not anyone answered my complaints. I have sent many emails at [protected]@canarabank.com, [protected]@canarabank.com, but not received any satisfactory reply.

Please take appropriate action at the earliest in this matter.
