this is to inform you i purchase a phone by home credit India Samsung Galaxy dous i pay advance payment 2480 and 800*9 installment.. i pay all the payment by cash b, coz home credit india executive say your account detail not match so we not received any installment i told him u add my other bank detail and cut the installment account he says sir this is not possible so u pay all the payment by cash i told him u provide me any executive to come my office and collect installment he said this is also not possible... he said to me only option u pay cash i told him this is not possible b, coz i m also working in a farm so i have no time then he said to me when u free then u pay no problem so i said okay when i free then i defiantly pay ur installment...i pay all the installment by cash but after 5 6 month letter home credit india, s executive call me and told me your have to pay 4000/- for some let charges and not give me any NOC and told me when you pay let extra changes than i clear you account otherwise u pay u have to pay more amount let charges on let charges and call me 40 50 time in a day...and irritating me.
