I Tried for Booking ticked online on 26/11/2008, and unfortunately I was not able to go thru the Payment process fully… I was disconnected and given a message… TRANSACTION FAILED… but in my Card (CITI bank) statement they are showing 260 Dr. towards satyam cinemas. I contacted to the customer care they confirmed that they will be revising it in 7 days... i waited for that, but no result then i mailed in detail abt the transaction... they replied... demanding for Card Statement !... I have sent several times the Copy with mail draft... But till date no response... Pls need Ur comments... with whom and how can we take up this matter Was this information helpful? |
