[Resolved]  SATYAM Lights Pvt. Ltd — PAPER PLATE MAKING UNIT - HOW TO COLLECT MONEY?

We have approached them on the basis of newspaper advertisement and internet classifieds for the establishment of a HOME BASED small scale unit for manufacturing of Paper Plate. After a long telephonic discussions to mobile no.: [protected] &[protected]/61 and clarification through email, they have insisted to pay Rs.1,20,000/- in advance for the supply of semi automatic double die paper plate making machine and raw materials for training.
They assured to send all the machineries and raw materials along with a technical engineer to facilitate training and demonstration within a week. We made a payment of Rs.1,20,000/- through

After sending the payment, we have send the mail and made phone call regarding the payment to them. Then they confirmed the reception of payment on the next day. After 13 days (6/7/2009) we have received the machine with the Raw material for training.
On 19/7/2009 Trainer from SATYAM Lights reached our place to provide the training. He provided the training. At the time of training he found that there is the problem in the machine. He told us to adjust the problem locally with the help of the local engineers. The trainer told us to send one side of the die to Delhi office for replacement. We have sent that on 20/7/2009. We have receive the replaced die 11/8/2009. After fitting the die also the problem was not solved. We have paid Rs. 8000/- as the transportation charges for the Trainer and the machine to SATYAM Lights.
At the mean time, we have started manufacturing the paper plated on the other side of the machine with one die. We have paid Rs. 74000/- as deposit for the raw material of 1,48,000 (6x6 inches) silver coated sheets. After manufacturing paper plates form the above said amount of raw material, we have to receive Rs. 1,07,300/- from SATYAM Lights. But we receive only Rs. 56,434/- form SATYAM Lights. When we asked about the payment shortage, they told that the finished paper plates are not up to the quality, so that the poor quality plates are rejected. But so far they have not sent back the rejected pieces and the deposit amount for that number of pieces.
At the same time the raw materials sent by the SATYAM Lights are not good in quality. We have informed the problem to SATYAM Lights several times, but nobody taking care of it. We have sent so many letters and mail to SATYAM Lights. No response from their side. After some time, nobody was attended our phone calls. Afterwords they are purposefully not attending my phone calls.
For the past four to five months, the unit is not working due to the above said problem. So that we have lost approximately around 3 to 4 Lakhs Rupees because of SATYAM Lights.
The machine will not worth for Rs.1,20,000/-. Our total lose comes around 6 Lakhs Rupees.
Now, we lost the confident on them.
How we can collect our money as per the above details?
Kindly guide us to recover our money. Shall we complaint? To whom? Where?
