i had a sbi dabit card but some probalum. so i am takeing all the mony of my account but i whant use this atm so what charg is this.

while making a online ticket booking there was an error in transition due to which ticket was not booked.
i start booking ticket next time but still there was an error.then i asked my friend to book ticket through his sbi debit card but the result was same i.e, the ticket was not booked.
but today when i got out the balance detail i found that Rs.721 was missing.
i was booking my ticket from new delhi to kota junction.
