Myself prathiksha, SBI card holder. I had Rs.56814 due for the month of may which need to be paind on 29th may 2024. I have made the payment on 28th may 2024. Though the payment has been done before the due date. Company has put payment dishonour fee. Request you help us het the refund

    I have done a PSK UPI transaction under ID [protected]@rbl for amount 1500 on 29/05/24. Amount debited from my UPI account but transaction failed @ passport seva kendra website gateway sbimobs. It's about 8days completed but amount not refunded yet.

      I took an SBI home loan recently. While applying for the loan, they charged me 6000 INR for legal and valuation purposes. Now yesterday an additional 1000 INR was debited from my loan account stating it's for supplemental legal opinion charge. WTH SBI, how can you debit anything without my consent? also need clarity in the charges

        On 28/05/2024 at around 4.40 pm, I transferred Rs.40000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to “AxxxxxxLimited, IDBI Bank, A/c No.xxxxxxxx0617, IFSC Code:xxxxxx1024” in IMPS mode through SBI Yono App. I sensed a technical glitch after I inputting the OTP to transfer the money while completing the transaction.

        fraudulent transaction on my account

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am writing to inform you that I have been a customer of the State Bank of India, Ashti Branch (SBIN0002483), since 2012. My account number is [protected], which I have been using regularly.         CSH WDL without any transaction debited money in my account

        I have accessed SBI ATM on 29.05.2024 at ATM ID no. S1NW[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- from my a/c [protected]. The amount was not dispensed. Instead my account was debited with Rs.20000/- and re-credited the same. Again, the amount of Rs. 20000/- was debited as "CSH WDL" without any Transaction id and ATM details. The amount was not dispensed to me. I request the same may be verified and amount recredited.

          Sbi has provided pizza hut voucher worth Rs 1000 but it is not redeemable in the entire state of Tamil Nadu. This is totally discriminatory against customers in Tamil nadu alone.

            I recently asked refund on zomato of rupees 198.24 which was paid through phone pay (UPI) it has been almost 27 days still I didn't receive the refund amount in my bank account when I contacted zomato they said refund has been done through our end please contact your bank to know it

                  Complaint regarding money stock in the cash deposit machine

                  Dear Sir,

                  I would like to bring to your attention that today, on the 15th of April 2024, I made a deposit of 10, 000 rupees at the SBI CDM in Malikpuram, Andhra Pradesh. This transaction took place at approximately 10:10 AM. However, to my dismay, the cash I deposited was not credited to my account, and I did not receive a slip from the machine. The money seems to be stuck in the CDM machine.

                    Credit card closer

                    Dear Team,

                    I have raised an email regarding closer or downgrade of my credit card as i am unable to pay annual fees on 05/03/2024
                    I have received email & telephonic confirmation from SBI team that yes my card is downgraded and now i dont have to pay yearly fees.
                    But I received my bill on 22/03/2024 having yearly annual fees.
                    I am contoinously trying to make contact with team but they are not reverting...
