I have lost my ATM/Debit card on 2'nd Sep. 2009 in train.
Kindly block my Debit card ASAP.

My S. B. I. ATM Card No.[protected] has been broken accidently which lying with S. B. I. Main Branch, Burdwan, West Bengal A/ C [protected]. Please do the needful to get a new A. T. M. Card. Thanking You.

I have applied for ATM debit card, after some time ATM card came on my address by registry but unfortunately at this time I am out off station, therefore My ATM card returned. When I come back then I went to our S.B.I. branch at Nand Prayag Chamoli Uttarakhand and received my ATM card and Pin No. but my account locked.
So many time I request to Manager S.B.I.branch Nandprayag Chamoli Uttarakhand for unlocked of my account but my account my account not unlocked.
I am requested to you please immediately unlocked of my account so I can use of my debit card for transaction.
