I had lost my ATM card since last October 2008 and instantly locked and cancled my ATM facility through the telephonic procedure. however after which i followed all the instructed procedure of re-issuing an ATM for my convinence. I have been following up this matter since then with the respectative authorities of the bank. which have still been not solved and at present with lots of inconvinence im continuing with my account in your bank. Im very annoyed and helpless in such a situation. even I applied second time for reissuing an ATM but invain. please consider my situation and take necessary steps.

    Hi sir,

    I have taken admission into MBA (from Annamalai University) in the institute RIMS(Ramaiah Institute of management studies, bangalore).The admission to which is done through MAT score .
    I filed the application on almost 10 days back in SBI Bhagalpur .It was rejected because i didnt provided the gapping details from graduadation to till now .

    During that time i was working in delhi and parallely i was wring the CA exam .I said i can provide the work experience and The exam results .But they are adament and saying that we will see .

    I dont where to proceed .

      My mom 62 yrs old has issued a blank chq sbi to a retailer, towards purchase of a new tv & refrig, the retailer is our dist. relative. On the other hand my dad has taken inr 50000 from another person who gives money for interest. After some misunderstanding, the retailer has given the chq to the one from whom we borrowed inr 50, 000... Now the thug started harrassing us claiming he will sue us under Neg INs. act 138... and will claim 3 lacs each chq (2 chqs issued) .. My poor mom is very upset and fed up with this... Howvever we have filed a case already in the local court... the proceedings are going on... is there any way out ...we are unable to pay fees for the local advocates.. Further, we are not a well to do family to follow this case.. pls advice ... Thanks in anticipation

        I have taken a loan near about Rs 1190000 but they sanctioned me a loan of Rs 1390000.
        For repayment i have to pay 84 EMI of Rs 25857/-
        The EMI is made according to Rs 1390000 but i want the EMI to be made according to Rs 1190000.
        My son could not get job due to recession.
        So i request you to change the 84 EMI cheques
        And i also want to know when i have to go at the RACPC SBI main branch with 84 blank cheques.
        My EMI will start from 15th October 2009.

            Dear Sir,

            I am Saving Bank holder of State Bank of India, raj kumari gupta, agra A/c. No.[protected] Atm Cum-Debit Card No.[protected] tried to withdrawal of Rs 1000/- on date 20/08/2009 from other than SBI Atm (Axis Bank, ATM I.D is S1AC4291 & RECORD NO. IS 5699) but not able to receive the cash or withdrawal of amount.

            But the said amount of Rs 1000 is shown as withdrawal. Pl see the transaction and redeposit the amount to my SB A/c. No.[protected]

            I am Saving Bank holder of State Bank of India, fafadih, raipur, chhattisgarh name - chetan chowhan A/c. No.[protected] Atm Cum-Debit Card No.[protected] tried to withdrawal of Rs 5000/- on date 24/05/2012 from SBI Atm (m.g. road, riapur, chhattisgarh ATM I.D 6151 but not able to receive the cash or withdrawal of amount.

                Sir, I am having SB A/C No.[protected] with SBI, Kolkata Airport Branch, Kolkata-52 with ATM-cum-Debit card facility. I am a student and pursuing my higher education at Tumkur, Karnataka. I am solely depended on ATM card to withdraw money for payment of college fees and my day to day expenses. The problem cropped up in the month of April, 2009 when I could not withdraw money from the ATMs since the transaction was declined every time I tried to withdraw money. The response code for the transaction was shown as 070. On contacting Helpline, I was told to inform the ATM Officer where my SB account is for rectification. I informed my father at Kolkata to do the needful. Vide letter dated 11.04.2009, a complaint was lodged with the Branch Manger of the bank. The Branch Manager after a few days told my father to apply for fresh ATM card since he could not rectify the problem. As I was at Tumkur, the form was sent to me and I applied for issuance of fresh card. The new card was received but found that the card had the same problem i.e.transaction declined with response code-070. The matter was again brought to the notice of Branch Manger of the bank as well as to the Helpline. The Helpline told me to ask the ATM officer to speak to them for rectification since the card was having technical problem. By this time, I had come to my home town Kolkata on summer vacation of my college and the Br.Mgr was apprised what the helpline had told me and I submitted a complaint vide my letter dated 29.07.2009. After a few days, the Branch Manager told me to apply for fresh card once again. Finding no other other alternative, I applied for new card third time and received the card after a few days. Surprising, I found the new card (third one) had the same problem and I could not withdraw money from the ATM. The matter was once again brought to the notice of branch manager who reluctantly told that technical problem cannot be solved. Sir, as a student I solely depended on ATM card to withdraw money. I had a shocking time when I could not pay the hostel fees of Rs.30, 000/- to my college in time since I could not withdraw money from the ATMs. I had to request my father to credit the money in the bank account of my college friend at Tumkur. As such, you will appreciate that I had to undergo mental agony for not having my ATM card functioning properly. Sir, I will be leaving for Tumkur on 28.08.2009 and I will not be able to personally approach the Branch Manager, SBI, Kolkata Airport time and again. In view of the above, I seek your kind intervention in solving my problem at the earliest.

                    I hereby want to inform that on 06/06/2009 at 1910 IST approx. I tried to withdraw Rs.10600/ from ATM (Bank of Baroda ATM) at sasni gate Aligarh U.P.Transaction was declined and money was not dispenced but rupees 10600/- has been debited from my S/B account.

                    Sir,

                    I have one ATM card of State Bank of Salar (West Bengal) bearing a/c No. [protected]. On 19/09/2009 (Saturday) at about 14:22 hrs I used ATM Card no.[protected] at J&K Bank ATM counter located at Miran Sahib, Jammu. I put the card in ATM machine and made the Transaction for withdrawal of Rs 20, 000/- but I didn’t received any amount from ATM Machine with the remarks that “sorry unable to process” (TXN No. 2511). On 21/09/09 after checking mini statement through SBI ATM Jammu, I found that Rs 20, 000/- has been debited from my account.

                    Then after, on 22/09/09, I have submitted a written compliant to J&K Bank Miran Sahib (Jammu) but they denied to receive the letter and directed me to submit application to SBI Salar (West Bengal). I am presently serving in Border Security Force and deployed at Jammu. I am unable to contact my home town i.e SBI Salar due to exigency of my service for which I sent my brother to the said bank. I didn’t receive any fruitful response from Branch Manager SBI Salar (West Bengal) telephonically for which I am passing from mental tension. I have sent an application along with the requisite form issued from SBI of Satwari, Jammu to regarding the above said matter to SBI Salar on 24/09/09. Also I am trying to send the above docs through FAX the same is succeeded due to non functional of FAX of SBI Salar and they are not giving e-mail address so that I may send one e-mail.

                    In view of the above, it is earnestly requested that concerned branch/bank may be approached to do the needful and my wrong debited amount of Rs 20, 000/- may please be credited in to my account at the earliest and would be ever grateful to you for this act of kindness.

                      I may like to draw attention to the fact that on 11.08.09 I tried to draw a sum of Rs.500 through my above ATM debit card but the transaction in each case was declined i.e(with no withdrawal record) but while going through the record in the pass book it is seen that three transaction amounting Rs.500 each has been debited to my s/b account on 11.08.09 in correctly. I am therefore, requisting to please examine the matter urgently and get back the credit of my account amounting to Rs.500 +500 +500 totalling (Rs.1500). Since i am a sr.citizen, hope the matter will be given priority.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am A.Pandian, Senior Assistant, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (salem)LTD. Dharmapuri, TamilNadu.

                      I have a savings account ([protected]) with Dharmapuri State Bank branch.(TAMILNADU).

                      I have used Indian overseas Bank, Dharmapuri Branch ATM Centre(ATM card No:I[protected]) on (19.09.2009 ) for withdrawal amount Rs.15, 000/-.

                      A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the Indian Overseas
                      Bank ATM. But my account is showingn that Rs.15, 000/- has been debited for the transaction.

                      I have complained to my SBI Branch with proper documents i.e. transaction slips etc.
                      But the branch manager has not still initiated about the matter in my favour.

                      SBI is not responding about this matter.

                      I need the money immediately as it is my salary money and I am out of cash right now.

                      Already twenty days have passed and running very much short in money, also it is diwali time only festival celebrated in my house so, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

                      so I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need .

                        Our folio.no is 8941314. it's in the name of my mom P.Saroja.we requested for the redemption o[censored]nits and it has got redempted . The amount was credited in my A/c and immediately it has got debited back to Sbi A/c. usually all SIP investment thru ECS done and divident earned credited to my bank account and mutual fund A/C is in the name of my mom.pls do the needful.

                          i got my atm from sbms state government of andhrapradesh, when i have tried withdraw money, machine shows me a result that "the atm card is not processed", so please give me a solution for my problem sir and how to chick my balance detalice in omline
                          Sir i have applied for Post metric Scholarship awarded by government of Andhra pradesh. i got Atm card along with Pin from Sbms. When i am trying to withdraw my money it is giving 052 response code error and unable to process message. when i consulted the bank officials i got no answer. Please help me.

                            My Pension A/C No : [protected].
                            My Pension Disbursing Bank : State Bank of India, Barrackpore Railway Station Branch, Chiriamore, Barrackpore, Kolkata - 700 120 (Code No : 0003071).
                            I have retired from Military Engineer Services on 31 Jul 2008 as an civilian officer. An amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- was awarded as the Pensinary Gratuity under the PPO ibid, out of which Rs. 3, 49, 000/- has benn credited on 12 Aug 2008 and Rs. 1, 000/- is withheld. This withheld amount is due since the month of Feb 2009. The matter has been brought up to the notice of my above referred disbursing bank branch on 21 Apr 2009 and sent e-mail to their dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in but no response has yet been recd.
                            Requested to please look into the matter for payment of this withheld amount of Rs. 1000/- without further delay. With regards - Prakas Chandra Ghosh.

                              Dear sir,
                              This is reference to your SBI ATM cash withdrawal.
                              I am a SBI bank AC holder and i have an account in SBI Maligaon branch, Guwahati.
                              I have a SBI ATM card & presently i am in delhi for the last few years and i am still regularly using that account from here. On the dated 0472009 i had visited near by Bank of Maharashtra ATM center for withdrawal of Rs. 2000-.
                              When i inserted my ATM card into the machine & entered all the details, after few seconds i got a slip written " sorry, unable to process ".
                              So, after that failed transaction i again inserted my SBI card & done transaction successfully and withdraw Rs. 2000-.
                              But my balance statement shows that i had withdrawal Rs. 4000-.(2000+2000).
                              Than i went nearby SBI ATM center & took a mini statement, it shows that i had withdrawn Rs. 2000- twice, but actually i had only one successfull transaction.
                              I need your kind attention on this matter so that i can be able to get back my hard earnings money.

                              SBI — ATM withdrawl problem

                              Dear All, .
                              I was trying to withdraw 8500Rs from SBI ATM on 18-Apr-2009 night around 10PM, the transaction could not be completed due to some technical problem.Then i went to neraby HDFC bank ATM and tried to withdraw 8500Rs.Here also the transaction was incomplte due to technical problem.Then again i went to ING vysya bank ATM and withdrawn 8000RS on the same day 18/04/2009 10:30PM.Here the transaction was successful and my balance was also o.k.But the next day 19-Apr-2009 morning when i checked my acount balance it was showing 17, 000 less.It had considered (8500(sbi) + 8500(HDFC)) even though i have not recieved my money due to technical problem in the ATM and showing the date of 19-Apr-2009 DOM ATM MC twice.On 19-Apr-2009 i had not used my card before checking the balance.Then the same day 19-Apr-2009 i went to SBI and lodged the complaint in SBI, Modi Hospital Rd, Bangalore.They are telling that they look into the problem but it will take more time and din't give any acknowledgement for my complaint.I am waiting and don't know how long should i wait?Please let me know what can be done for this.

                              I am a SBI bank AC holder at sbi, CTPS, chandrapura, distt- bokaro, jharkhand.on the dated 15/07/2010, i visited a bank of india ATM centre at chandrapura for withdrawl of Rs 10, 000/ .
                              i inserted my ATM card into the machine and entered all the details, i wated for some time, then i got a slip written" sorry for inconvenience, transaction time out, please contact bank."
                              so, after that failed transaction i again inserted my ATM card of SBI and done transaction of Rs 5000 and 4000 successfully and withdraw Rs 9000/.
                              But after 1 hr i got message on my mobile that you have withdrawn Rs 10, 000/+Rs 5000/+Rs 4000/.
                              i request you to take necessary action so that i can get back my hard earning money.

                                Sir,
                                I have an savings account in State Bank of India, hyderabad
                                I have used my atm card to draw 7000/- in Andhra bank atm B N Reddy nagar
                                but it said sorry temporarily unable to access
                                but now the money lost
                                They removed 7000/- twice and given only once

                                I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and see that my amount of Rs 7000/- will be credited again to my account.

                                  On (10.08.09) I withdraw Rs. 5000/= from ATM of SBI quality petrol pump CH area kadma (JAMSHEDPUR) at 7: 10 PM. Request was process but money was did not come out. I got SMS at 9:10 PM that Rs. 5000/= was debited from my account .
                                  Kindly take necessary action.and Rs. 5000/= revert back to my account.

                                      I regret to inform you that when I used A.T.M card of SBI in Axis Bank Innovative multiplex, Bangalore branch ATM (ATM ID S1AC3002) counter on 11/08/2009, and got information my transation declined. Unfortunately the same debited from my saving account Rs.4000.(Four Thousand ), but the amount not yet received to me.
                                      I have my A/C on Nimapara, orissa branch.
                                      I am already complaint this matter at State Bank Of India, Nimapara, orissa on 14/08/09. But no responce from thair. I request you to please varify and credit the same to my account as early as possible.

                                        I had submitted a car loan application of 1.5 lacs on 25th July 2009 at the SBI, Saket Branch but the loan has not been sanctioned till date. Other banks process the application within 3-4 days but SBI has already taken more than 3 weeks and I have not heard from them. I have already submitted all my papers with desired proofs and am not sure why there should be such a long delay in processing the application. While SBI has always been my preferred Bank, this experience is becoming quite painful. Look forward to SBI's higher official intervention and support in getting my loan application processed faster.

                                        Same is the case with me.Applied for it in last week of July and still not sanctioned(although all necessary documents were submitted by me). I have complained on-line also but even they dont bother to reply..And private banks guarantee the sanction of loans within 48 hours. No wonder why govt banks are considered the worst. SBI advertises by calling itself the largest bank of India.It should add the adjective WORST also to it..
                                        I had borrowed a car loan of Rs. 290000/- on 30.12.2008 @12% on reducing balance per month. My EMI of Rs. 6450/- has commenced from 30.01.2009 which is being regularly paid. Recently, a new scheme has been introduced by SBI Ezee Car Loan in which the rate of interest for 1st yr is 8% and 10% from 2nd yr onwards. I wanted to switch over to this scheme. However, the bank authorities said that this scheme is for new customer and I am not eligible to switch over in this scheme. I am a very old customer of SBI since 1988 and it was expected that I will be benefitted under the Ezee Car Loan scheme introduced by SBI. Why the existing customers who have already availed car loans before the introduction of this scheme are deprived to take the benefit of this scheme. I expect a positive reply. My account is maintained at SBI Dehu Road Br. PUNE- 412 101.
                                        I had started procedure for application for the car loan @20 days before Dussera (28th Sep09) and expecting that loan would be available for getting car on 28th Sep'09 ( On the day of Dushera ) but due to some query it was not happened well and finally i submitted docs whatever they told afterwards also submitted on 30th sep'09 and but till date i haven't got loan.

                                        Always there was some query regarding signature, bank statement, less income etc. when i made a call from myself. Sometime query like credit card payment not clear for about Rs.800 only and then i gave the credit card statement having Rs.400 credit til last year 2008 so there was no due for credit card.

                                        I have called many times but never call got from the officer for any query and this way also this is still happening late.

                                        There is no system like tracking whether my loan has been sanctioned or not within specified time.

                                        Please revert back me with favourable reply.

However the main god had transformed himself into utsava murthy and gave me the appointment only after he transformed himself back. The Dwara palaka (watchman) was very careful in letting me in, he was absolutely right in suspecting me for a terrorist."- I was humiliated and treated like a terrorist at the entrance. I was not allowed to get in. They think they are doin us a favour by granting loans. They have no concern for customer needs whatsoever. This is the Mission and Vision statement of State Bank of India.
