SBI Bank — Not provide the debit card and Cheque book

am sohail.I have opened the SBI account in A c guards branch on Jan'2008.My account no :[protected].Till date I haven't receive the Cheque book.I have already submitted the complaint form in the local branch.I request you to provide the cheque book as early as possible

Activation Problem
Sir..

My name is james.I got my internet banking kit from my branch 6 months before. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And also as "Username and branch code not valid" when accessing Trouble login section...
I am going to open the demat account very quickly so please clear this problem very soon already i gave three complaint letters about this but still now i didnt able login to my account
