Problem at ATM Withdrawal-Irresponsibility of BANK
Dear Sir,
This is Bhuvanesh Gaur, having a/c [protected] with SBI, HATWARA ROAD, JAIPUR(Rajasthan). I had tried for transaction rs 3000=00. on[protected] from SBBJ ATM (Station Road Kishangarh Ajamer, Rajasthan). but i didn't get money than i tried secont time at that time I had received 3000=00 but ATM debited 3000=00 two time on same day. for that I had already made a complaint regarding this issue to the SBI(Main branch) Kishangrah Ajmer(Rajasthan). But the people are not responding in the correct way.Till today my money (3000=00) is not credited in my bank account
Please resolve the problem as early as possible. Do need ful in this matter.

Myself Dr. Rahul Kumar Srivastava and I am Working as Program Officer at Plan International Project at Indo Nepal border. I have my saving account in your esteemed bank. My bank account number is[protected]. I have the facility of ATM and net banking in the same account. I am facing following problems:
1- On 26th July 2008, I have purchased the some cloths from Koutans showroom at Gorakhpur (UP) and I tried to make payment of Rs. 1910/- by the ATM but shopkeeper tried 3 times and he was unable to get payment. Then I make payment by cash. But in my statement the payment of Rs. 1910/- shows to the shopkeeper. I have contacted to my branch then Branch Manager told that I him the bank statement of the shopkeeper and I have already provided the same documents before 10 days. But sorry to say that till today I have no return of my money. The details of the same transaction is:

I didn’t get the money of Rs. 5000/-. When I have contacted with the IDBI Bank, Gorakhpur and my branch Nautanwa, Maharajganj then I got suggestion from there that I should wait for 1- 2 months. In this period the money will refund automatically. But after 2 months I did not get the money then I have contacted the IDBI bank Gorakhpur and SBI branch Nautanwa, Maharajganj by personally then I came to know that I should made written complain in my branch. I have provided the same and from that time I have made three times written complain to the Branch Manager, SBI, Nautanwa, Maharajganj (UP). The Branch Manager Mr. Mishra has assured me that I will get refund all money back till 18th July 2009. But sorry to say that till date I have not got the same. The details are:

Sir, you can better understand that a person who is NGO employee and he can not able to use his money of Rs. 6910/- from his salary. Its too much painful that I am also a member of SBI family and I am suffering from last year with this issue.

My Personnel Loan Account No: [protected]
I would like to bring my complaint in the following manner as point wise.
1. I was availed a personnel loan of Rs. 1, 20, 000/- with an agreement of repaying the amount in 48 months @ Rs. 3105/- as EMI from the State Bank of India / Industrial Estate Branch / Visakhapatnam on 12.01.2005.
2. I was paid 5 or 6 installments regularly & after that due to my personnel problems and wife sickness I could not pay the regular installments in time.
3. SBI authorities filed a criminal case of cheque bounce for Rs. 3105/- + 3105/- total Rs. 6210/- as one case, and Rs. 30, 000/- as another case against the same loan. ( i.e., two criminal cases) to recover the loan amount.
4. The cases were preceded in the court of law for a period of around three years and during the case proceeding time I was paid the following amount on the dates mentioned against each.

7. During the case proceedings period, once I could not attended the court & my advocate was also not attended then a Non Bailable arrest Warrant was issued in my favour and the police kept me in the custody for one day and then I was applied for recall with a surety amount of Rs. 5000/- & with Guaranty of my son as surety.
8. AFTER FACING SO MUCH TROUBLE IN THE ABOVE CASE AND AFTER CLOSING THE CASE BY THE COURT OF LAW, THE FOLLOWING FAVOUR WAS DONE BY THE BANK AUTHORITIES AGAINST ME, WHICH I WANT TO BRING YOUR KIND NOTICE & AFTER RECEIVING MY COMPLAINT YOU MUST BE PROUD FOR ACHIVING BEST BANK AWARD IN YEAR 2008
9. NOW THE REAL STORY STARTED IN MY FAVOUR BY THE BANK AUTORITIES WHICH I WANT TO DESCRIBE IN BRIEF.
10. One fine morning on 19.03.2009 I have received a notice from the representative of IInd Addl Senior Civil Judge Court/ Visakhapatnam filed by Sri Ankuri Raghurama Sudhakar, S/o Chandra Mouli, aged 58 Years working as Deputy Manager, Stressed Assets Resolution Centre / Visakhapatnam, with the following allegations filed against me
a) I was availed a loan of Rs. 1, 20, 000/- from SBI/Industrial estate branch on 12.01.2005.
b) As on date (i.e. 19.03.2009) I was till due to the State Bank of India/ Industrial Estate Visakhapatnam an amount of Rs. 1, 15, 337.53 (Rupees One Lakh fifteen thousand three hundred thirty seven and paisa fifty three only) + cost of the suit and any relief or relifes as the Honorable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
c) I have to attend the court on 19.03.2009 at 10.30 am. to answer the claim filed against me.
11. Immediately I have approached Branch Manager of State Bank Of India / Industrial Estate / Visakhapatnam (where I was availed the loan) and I have demanded for the loan statement, accordingly the branch manager of SBI/Industrial Estate issued me the entire statement., which clearly shows that I was not due the above said amount to the bank and the amount paid in the bank in the above dates were reflected in the statement.
12. Then I have produced the papers received from the court to the Branch manager. He said that you have paid the amount and SBI/Indutrial Estate Branch he has not filed or served this notice and also advised me to approach Sri Ankuri Raghurama Sudhakar, S/o Chandra Mouli, aged 58 Years working as Deputy Manager in Stressed Assets Resolution Centre /Visakhapatnam and he will drop the case and also told that by mistake the case has been filed against me.
13. The above statement from the Branch manager regarding the case filed against me is quite astonishing and the behavior of the Dy. Manager of your esteemed bank is questionable and requires to put the behavior of the above under serious scanning. There is no necessity to me to approach the Dy. Manager/SARC, who have filed the case against me without checking the balance statement of my loan particulars by putting me under embarrassing situation
1. Immediately I have consulted my advocate and submitted entire case along with proof of payment to prove myself as not defaulter for allegations made by the Bank in the court of law.
2. I was submitted my documents in the court of Law for justification and your beloved Dy. Manager, Sarva Sree Ankuri Raghurama Sudhakar, S/o Chandra Mouli, aged 58 Years working as Deputy Manager, was not attending the court to prove the allegations filed against me, and I am attending the court along with my lawyer regularly.
In this regard I would raise some questions.
(i) Is it not the duty of Sarva sree Ankuri Raghurama Sudhakar, S/o Chandra Mouli, aged 58 Years working as Deputy Manager /SARC, to verify my account through WAN which was presently available all banks that I was paid or due.
(ii) Is it not the duty of Sarva sree Ankuri Raghurama Sudhakar, S/o Chandra Mouli, aged 58 Years working as Deputy Manager / SARC, to get clarification from me over phone ( which is available in loan application form)
(iii) Last but not least Is it not the duty of Dy. Manager, Sarva sree Ankuri Raghurama Sudhakar, S/o Chandra Mouli/SARC, aged 58 Years to get clarification from the Branch Manager of Industrial Estate / Visakhapatnam to get information regarding my payments over phone.
This is for your kind information about the performance of your officials and for necessary action at your end please.

sir the attitude of the staff(clerical)in ur bank is very disappointing, they didnt cooperate with the customers rather they deals customer as they are like beggars i m in living in nagrota, i have account in kandoli nagrota (jammu) j&k, 181221 so please correct the attitude o[censored]r staff there as so many people are shifting their account to others banks. thanku sir and i hope u will not disappoint me

i am a indian citizen staying in sundargarh dirstict orissa.i want to tell about the condition of sundargar of sundargarh SBI branch.this branch having a lot of customer and less man power of bank. i[censored] go for simple deposite of money it will take minimum two hours. the space is also not sufficient to hold such a large amout of people.so sir please look in to the matter so that i oblige to you
