I was holding a SBI Gold Card No.[protected] in my name Samrat Hazra. I had surrendered the card on 02nd July 2007 .
I had purchased two railway tickets online but later had cancelled the same. The above cancellation were reflected in the subsequent statement account statement as credit balance of Rs 4072.00 and Rs 1435.38 on 11th July 2007. The credit balance in the card account as on 03 Aug 2007 is Rs 5547.26.
I had requested SBI Cards to kindly remit me the amount i.e. Rs 5547.26 thorugh Cheque or Draft at my mailing address available with them.
It has been three months now they are not bothering to take any action I have sent several reminders and once they even said that they have despatched the cheque on 20 Sep 07 even their customer care executive confirmed my address but its been a month now and I don't know to whom they have addressed the cheque . I believe SBI CArds is just harrassing its customers by telling lies and giving false promises some serious aciton needs to be taken against them Was this information helpful? |
