[Resolved]  Sbi Cass On Call Loan — excess charges applied with any information

I have been granted a loan called cash on call amount of 27000/-.In this regard I want some support from your end, since it was very clear that I have to pay the given loan at a monthly Installment of Rs.1350/--pm for 24 months.

I noticed that I am getting charged extra in the statement nearly in the month of March/April 08, then after I had a conversation with your outstanding follow up person, I had wish to pay of the balance amount against the pending loan amount if the unnecessary charge amount to be sorted out.
Paid Installment EMI amt. total paid amt[protected]

EMI installament have been paid every month with out any failure, eventhough instead of balance payment 6750/-, it is 19000/-.

I had not made any purchase after this loan offer on the credit card, how come this excess amount had been generated and how to resolve this.

I am getting daily phone calls, i am really very disappointed and had had written e mail to 'feedback.[protected]@ge.com', 'head.[protected]@ge.com' but till date no satisfactory responce.

I had stopped paying the EMI after declaring on e mail to both of above address.

Please suggest what to do and how to proceed further.
