SBI Clerical Exam — not receiving call letter

my registration id is 8349540.i am not received my exam admit card which is held on 13.07.2008.i got information from one of the sbi branch regarding our admit card details i.e. as under

please sent my admit card on the above mention address.
mo.g.n.ke chapra near ladies hospital ballia 2770001.
can i appear in the exam without call letter with my document.
please solve the problem and help me.
