I have the Password and Registration ID. But, there is no pages to take the printout. How I take Printout? What can I Do?

I have registered the application form and i got a User ID and
Password ...
and i also got a confirmation mail from sbi that my application has been registered and i was given this UserID and Password..

Unfortunately due to technical difficulties i was not able to take Print Out. So Kindly enlighten me on this as soon as possible.

i applied for the post of clerk in SBI and i got registration no. but i not take the print out of application form because it displays to take print after 31 may. now there is no information about this on the SBI websit. help me.

I Have filled SBI Clerk form with my friends. they got their confirmation on mail but i could not get any confirmation on mail. i fill this form 2 time because of some mistake but i have given same mail address and other information. can it be the reason of cancellation of my form.

I am submitting my application form in 26 .05.08atleast 3 times, but after submitting my form there is no registration number isapper due to site problem.Then after trying 2 day the dialouge box appeared that, this journal number is use by someone, thats why i cannot get my registration nomber or passwordmy journal no is:[protected].
plz send my registration number and password in my new id([protected]@gmail.com).for which i shall remain greatful to you.

I fill my app. form on 23 may, 2008.I got my rg. no. and ID password but i did not get the performa of printout. After i submitted form the form there was a massage "You can get the printout after 31 may onwards. But i did not get it yet today . PLZ. sir help me.

I also fill the form on 2 june . This time i was given a new id password and rg. no.this time the printout performa also.
plz. sir now guide me which of the form is real. If, 1st, how can i get perfoma of printout.
