SBI — Not receiving Hall ticket or reprint of the application form

Dear Sir, I am not able to take reprint of application form neither I have recieved the hall ticket till now. I have deposited my fees on 27/05/2008 with J. No.[protected]. My registeration no. is 6086943. Please tell me how should I proceed further.
