[Resolved]  Sbi Clerk Post Apply Online — SBI onLine Apply Error

I searching the how to apply sbi clerk form so please help me & where to go thise form get it.

plese check the following
1) deposit journal no- 0000109 & Confirm journal no[protected] in fevour of gautam tiwary, bank code 152, deposite date 24/05/08.
2) deposit journal no- 0000108 & Confirm journal no[protected] in fevour of gautam tiwary, bank code 152, deposite date 24/05/08.
why this not accpected in online application .

i apply two times sbi online forms. first time mistakle printing proble so i apply seond times . i get two ragistration no. first no. is 8167517 senod no. is 5817071. so please tell me which is right ragistration . first ragistration i write not proper address . so i apply second time apply ragistration . my deposits journal no. is[protected] .so please tell me which ragistration no. is right . can i change my address first ragistration . secod ragistration is right address so. please tell me which is right ragistration. if my address is not proper i can't get my call latter.
