Dear Mr. Chair Person of SBI,
I know this is almost a suicidal attempt from my side but cannot resist to complaint the injustice on a large extent. I was a SBI credit card holder few months ago (not less than six months). made more payment than full. not used the card after being rejected from my authority to use the card which has been allotted to me by your bank itself and making more payment then the real bill, due to the wrong bill produced by your bank through SMS to me, but after the complaint I have been produced the actual bill by your bank. (Proof is with me).
After the verbal conversation by your call center executive, in which he said my credit card cannot be continued without producing any reason while bill still comes through SMS, ( Kindly check your SMS database if you are actually unaware)on the date, I would not like to mention here, (because it' s your habit to exploit your customer and destroy the proof), I have left using your card, but still you have kept sending bills to me despite your own decision to withdraw the service.
I have sent you one or two mails and left asking you about that, but my debit card's facilities were intact, because the money I had deposited was my own.
Now today I have tried to purchase railway ticket through my two debit cards, but your website has indicated that my debit cards or the branches are not true.
Therefore, request you to kindly reply with the true reason to forcefully collecting service charges without giving service as well as using my hard earned money for not my sake, without giving any reason or without at least providing any contact no or email ID for those who have grievance with you or your bank.
