I am really very much dis-satisfied with the communication with sbi. For your kind information from the very first day of receiveing the credit card it was communicated vide phone to your reresentative taht I was not interested in mediclaim or other services provided by SBI. I am not getting rid of SBI statement. I had nevere used this card nor am having this card physically with me and am not also able to asccess theses repeated statment form SBI. I clearly declared that as I have nevere used the services of SBI, I am not going to pay a single penny to this account.
