[Resolved]  SBI - Credit Card — Worst Bank & Employees Too..

I want to bring your kind attention to a very serious concern of mine to you.

I have a credit card of State Bank of India (SBI), Card no. [protected], for which I haven’t received any statement since last three months and I received a call from SBI Customer Service regarding payment of the outstanding amount when I told him that please first send the statement then only I will be able to pay the due amount. But he started indulging in an unwanted argument with me.

1) He disconnected the call and called up again from his personal mobile no. and started abusing me and threatened to kill me & my family as he also mentioned he have my full address & details with him.

2) The thing which hurt me a lot is that he used very very pathetic & bad remarks against my mother and no son in this world can bear anything against her mother. Due to which I am really tensed and concerned about my safety & my family’s safety as well.

So I Request you to investigate & take appropriate Action against the person involved in this.

SBI - Credit Card — Automatic deduction of credit points after 24 months

Hi,

I have taken SBI credit card and have been using the card for almost three months now. Recently I saw that my credit points were reducing. I was surprised as this was news to me. While checked with SBI they cam up with a lame answer that this will happen after 24 months. But then the customer should be well informed abt this.

I feel like I have been cheated on this.

SBI Credit Card — Harrasement By SBI employee

Dear Sir,
I had an SBI credit card which I lost in 2005. Apparently there has been fraudulent transaction on my card, which I reported as soon as I lost the card.
TGo substantiate this claim, I have submitted an FIR and a dispute form to SBI. After 5 long years, they have called me back and are claiming the amount.
I am being subjected to harrasement. They have been threatening me and have called my superiors at work and are defaming my character.
They have refused to produce any document/details of my transaction.
The persons calling me are "Saket Kumar" and his immediate boss "Nilesh".
I understand that any kind of such threatening calls or use of duress to get money out of a customer, on a transaction which is disputed, is totally against any rules laid down by RBI.

I request the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and at least let me exercise my right to get a copy of the relevant documents.
