Sir,
About 18 months ago, an amount of Rs. 1095 was charged in my SBI Credit Card account (Account Number:[protected]) as the Premium of Royal Sundaram Insurance. But as I cancelled the Insurance immediately, the above amount was refunded to SBI Card on 16th of May 2007. But the this amount was not adjusted in my SBI Card account. I have contacted to SBI Card Customer Care about 50 to 60 times by Phone, email, complain etc. But unfortunately even after 15 months the amount was not been adjusted. Instead, Interest @ 3.1% PM was being added compoundly in every months. Thus in September, 2008, the amount of Rs. 1095 became Rs 1784 by compound interest. Then I again called to SBI Card and requested to make necessary adjustment otherwise I will stop all payments. Then they (SBI Card) adjusted only Rs 1095 but did not adjust the Interest of Rs 1784/ that was charged in my account.
Now I have become fade up against this and I became compelled to stop the payment of all my dues and requesting you to take necessary action for putting me in a great headache for so long duration.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,

Credit Card — excess bill
Re : Excess bill under my card no. [protected]I have cleared the two bills dated 02.09.07 and 02.10.07 in time and now I am in receipt of your bill dt 13.11.07 for Rs. 1310.44 in which you have charged Rs. 337.08 towards unbankable invalid fee and Rs. 393.26 towards no payment. Please let me know under what circumstance you have charged as mentioned above inspite of timely payment of my previous bills. Eventhough if it is taken as latepayment in respect of a bill for Rs. 58/- how you are charging exorbhitantly to the tune of Rs. 730/-. Hence you are requested to immediately cancell the charges towards the latepayment else I will be resorting to legal remedy and also think of cancelling relation with SBI cards for ever.
