[Resolved]  Sbi Credit Card & Ivaluemart — cheating and harrassment

Sbi credit card company is the worst company i have ever experienced they people are not at all bothered about customers
I made a purchase on internet on site ivaluemart mentioned in sbi credit card monthly statement for a camera.
the amount was debited from my account and no camera was sent to me. Now the sbi credit card is asking for money. and the ivaluemart contact no.s are all falulty and no replies for the mail sent to them. I told to ivlauemart that now i dont want the camera and pls credit my account from the same amount
but they are not responding to my mails.
pls register a complaint against them.

Agree, these guys fool you like anything. Govt. should do something about it.
One example is Say if you made purchase of 20, 000 INR and you make payment of 10, 000 before due date, next month they will still charge you interest on 20, 000 only.
I have ordered on camera with ivaluemart, Mumbai. Out of 25 phones only two are working. I have also sent more than 100 e-mails to email ID in their website. Sometimes the website is also not working, its getting directed to some US website. When I called on 4th April one Mr. Jack(whether real name or not) assured delivery within 4-5 days, again today, when I called one Dipten assures again the delivery in 4-5 days. I have told his that the stock is available in JJ Mehta & Co in Mumbai itself and asked him to buy from there and supply. I wanted to speak to the top of the ivaluemart, but they were not available. Moreover SBI wants wash their hands off. I have complained to SBI also on this. Let us see when I get this. I have also asked them to cancel the order.
These ivaluemart guys are real frauds.

I ordered for a Nokia N95 which was Rs. 8750 and they did not deliver it fro 30days even after my repeated calls to them.

The product delivered was a china mobile called TECHNO which is a very inferior product.

They specified NOKIA N95 but it was TECHNO (China mobile which is very cheap in market)
They specified 2.0mp camera but it was only 1.3mp camera
They specified 512mb card but it was only 256mb card
Blue tooth is free but it is not working
Headset is not matching with the Cellphone

Tried to contact them 100 times but none of the lines are working.

I need to file a case against them and get my money back. They should be fined for doing fraud business.

Barclay Card and IValueMart — Non Delivery of Product

Hello,

I purchased from Ivaluemart due to offer from Barclay Card on 8th November 2008 and my order number is 6034. Till date i have not received my product from them and they dont reply my emails. Also they dont reply properly on phone.

It seems Barclay Card people are also involved in this Scam.

They are Frauds and i want to file a complaint against them.

Please help.

I purchased from ivaluemart due to offer from Barclay Card and found that Barclay Card and Ivalue Mart both are cheating with customers together. They seems to be a partners in all frauds like i heard about SBI and Ivaluemart before.

I purchase on 8th November (order no. 6034) and so far i received nothing from ivaluemart. their customer service guys are fools who dont know anything. I tried calling Barclaycard but they says they cant help which means they are also involved in this Fraud.

Can somebody help me how to file a legal complain against both of them? Please email me. Thanks.

I also made a purchase on Jan 18th 2009 - order number - 6752.

They neither pick my call and if they do pick up, they mention that this is under process.

Deutsche Bank is the tie up that they have.
I would like to call you ppl as fools because it is clear that these kind of sites are not veri signed
and no https.
they can get your cc num and cvv, charge you like hell..
