[Resolved]  SBI credit card no.[protected] - J SRIRAM — old card time barred. new card not yet recd.

My name is T Sriram. sbi card holder. my card no. 4317
[protected] already expired on 07/08 now not usable.

I have no outstanding credit balances to be settled in
my account.

My new renewal card till date not yet come from you,
already making several reminders over phone .

Also, my existing card in the wrong name as J SRIRAM
instead of T SRIRAM.

Correct my name is T SRIRAM

If I opt for top up my Credit Limit of Rs.20, 000 Am I
eligible sir ? My monthly income Rs.15, 000 pm
Salaried person. Working in a Reputed TVS Company
in Madurai. If I am eligible for top up with my past
records, I like the same with this renewal. Also correct
the name in my card and sent it to me immediatley
for enable us to better use of it.

If you could sent new one to me & my wife Latha Sriram
we are able to better use of it.
