[Resolved]  SBI - CREDIT CARDS — SBI Card.No: [protected] of Y.Raja Rajeswara Rao-

I Raja Rajeswara Rao, R/o 1-8-46/21, 2nd Floor, New Municipal Colony, Dilsuknagar Hyderabad submit a few lines for your kind consideration and issue necessary orders. I am the card holder of SBI Hyderabad Credit Card No: [protected] using since 2006 and the expiry of the Card is June-2008.

In this connection, i am frequently paying the minimum dues to the amount which i utilized, but the Credit Card Authorities are laying surcharges and additional charges in monthly statements which are very high and un bearable and causing mental agony to me

I have requested to Card Authorities several times through E-mails explaining my situation and requested for settlement but they didnt turned up and more over they said to clear the outstanding amount as on date without any deduction of additional amounts levied. And even on telephonic conversation held on[protected] at about 3.P.M the concerned authorities have said there is no option for settlement and said to pay entire out standing amount i.e. Rs.16000/-.

In this regard, i request you Sir my financial sources are very low and may kindly consider my request and issue suitable instructions to the concerned Credit Card Authorities for settlement of due amount duly waiving the surcharges which are charged to my account and may accord permission to pay the balance amount in EMIs
