I am Pinky from Raipur, I used my SBI creditcard around eight months ago, for 11000Rs. Then for 6months, the company din't care to send me a statement for the same. Now, after some time, without informing me, The interest was added extortionaly and then out of the blue, some agency people suddenly came up with a huge settlement figure, for which no particular statement was provided.Now, when I opposed they were ready to take 9500, which later came down to 7500, after this complete chaos, they now say that they want the money first and settlement letter will be given after 45days of payment, plus after taking this amount they also cannot ensure that the account is settled and that the collection calls will stop coming. This has left me wondering that does SBI being a govt. org. treats it customer like this?Even when we are ready to settle the account, then why isn't the surity being given by them that the account will be closed and settled?I would appreciate if something is done in this regard.
