The casual attitude of SBI employees are causing big suffering to us. I have taken Home loan from SBI and submitted on the required documnets on time. I submitted my documents on 5 march '08 to the SBI representative and they told me that your first cheque will be disbursed within a span of 15 days.which never happened . After following up for many days and visiting the BKC office N number of times finally the cheque was disbursed on 25th April '08 . which was almost after a time span of 2 months. for which I was fined a delay payment charges of Rs.45, 000.
But the story does not ends here after this on 4th june '08, I submitted 2nd set of documents to SBI BKC branch. And was expecting the cheque a span of 1 week .but they was no response . After calling N number of times in SBI office where no one bother to pick uop the call, I finally visited the office. To my surprise, I found the documents I submitted has been lost by the SBI, height of irresponsibility . I have again submitted the xerox of the documents and still waiting for my second disbursement .
for which again I have to pay the penalty.
WHY SHLD I be the sufferer was someone's else mistake ?
I have chosen SBI bcoz of the good relationship of SBI with TCS where I am working . But seriously I regret on my discussion.
Is SBI is going to compensate these penalty charges?
In future, I will never recommend anybody to take loan from SBI Was this information helpful? |
