[Resolved]  SBI-Income Tax Refund — Income Tax Refund not received after processing

I have not received my Asst. Year 2008-09 TDS refund not received. My PAN No. AALPS7740J.
My mobile No. is [protected]. My Account No. is [protected] of PNB Dadar, Mumbai - 400014.

no response till today by the IT or SBI

I went & met acessing officier & pay some money to him for releasing my IT refund, he said it takes 10 working days still not yet came from SBI :(

now it works shows in it refund status.."The Assing officier has processed your refund & forwarded to SBI for dispatch" ECS ... Still when i called SBI Call center says it has to come from IT Office

Income Tax Returns 07-08 — Income Tax Returns 07-08 not yet received

I have submitted my tax returns for the FY 07-08 in the month of July-08 in Mumbai, still i haven't recived the amount, when i called up SBI tax refund customer care team saying , talk to your assessing officer , now i am working in pune .. I went twice to Mumbai but ... I am uanble to find who is my asseing officer , nobody responding, they r talking very rude and care less .. and says that officer in lave , he is not at his desk ( i have waited for 3 hrs ... still he is not at his desk)

How to get my returns
How to find who is my assesing officer with out visting tax office (If i am visted then also it is use less )

A cheque No. CMPP0583602 regrding refund of my income tax for the assessment year 2008-09 stated to have been despatched vide speedpost No. EQ[protected] IN dated 14.10.2009 but same has not yet received . Kindly make necessary arrangment so as to refund cheque can be delvered to me.

We have not received our refund for A.Y.2008-09 from you after the income tax department has been twicly processed our reufnd on their software and sent you.
we have got letter dated 17th Nov, 2009 from you. But received on 5th Dec, 2009 and agine we went to the Department with the letter received by you. and they show me their processing system on the computer that the processed had been done. and massage on their computer Action has been taken.so they said there part of processe is over now you have to contct only SBI.
We have request you to kindly take action on the above and issue me the same at earliest.

we have not yet recd our ecs clg for rs.1491805/- in our bank, please look into the matter immediately on an urgent basis as the refund amount is very high.our pan no is AACFS2954D
WAITING FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE REPLY.

I, N Brindha, have not received my income tax refund pertaining to FY 2008-09 still. I received an IT refund order advice from SBI, wherein the pay by date is given as 30.6.09. When enquired i was informed that the ECS was effected on 30.6.09 itself to my bank account, but till date i have not received the same.
