Annual Charge not reverted yet and also late fee chages not reverted
Sir, I had requested through the call centre of SBI Card for reverting the annual charges of Rs.750/- dated 3.7.15 alongwith 105/- as GST. And also you had charged Late Fee of 750/- on 23.04.15 and as requested you are going to revert it back but not yet received by me. I got my login username and password 3 days ago from the nearest sbi branch to my home. Whenever I tried to enter the login details and press 'submit', it shows 'invalid username or password'. please do something about this issue. This is so bad.
