[Resolved] SBI Master Card — non receipt of card

more than a month back I received a call from SBI Customer service for issuance of master card in my name as a previledged customer selected by SBI itself. Number of times I and my mother had to answer several questions raised by them over residential land phone and my mobile.Even one sales person had visited my office and took the xerox copies of my PAN, Passport and Residential land telephone bill.They assured me within 15 working days I will receive my Credit card, but I havn't receive it as yet.Even a lady gave me a call on my mobile and asked the valuation of my flat, I asked her also whats the relation between card and valuation of flat.she said its just a formalities.But I believe its a racket, behind which may be anti socials are there, by means of this enquery who get all the financial datas of people and later on it may create problems. Therefore I request you kindly to take up this matter seriously, or else I have to take legal action by moving to Consumer Court against SBI Credit Card division. Was this information helpful? SBI Master Card — Not received card But getting Bills

Sir I applied for a credit card I received only one card in my wife's name and only Though I gave lot of complaints since a year to[protected] I did not get any reply.Though I never used my wifes card I am getting Bills in my name.I request the concerned person to attend or I may have to take legal course.

Mastercard — pin pending

Respected sir/ madam,
I'm SOVAN DUTTA client of your STATE BANK OF INDIA (Durgapur, W.B) branch .bank code is 7337.i have given the application for ATM for the month of Nov'8 & received ATM card for the month of 23rd Dec'8 .But still now I don't received the pin . my card no is[protected] & A/C No is [protected]. So pls. read the problem & solve as soon as possible.

SBI — NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT
