SBI online clerk recruitment — the error during submitting form

I am SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION FORM But i cannot able to take print out on that day due to server problem and again i try to taking printout next day but your sbi web site coud not open .
so i kindly request you to send my application form to my email id for taking printout
