my atm withdrawl for rs.10000=00 declained in canara bank sm cirle branch shimoga 577201 karnataka.on[protected] after banking business hours but rs.10000=00 was debited to my sb account.
i am sb a/c holder of sbm main branch shimoga 577201 karnataka vide a/c no [protected].
i made a complaint before both the banks on[protected] for restore of my Rs.10000=00. even i made complaint through online. status shows "in Que"
I NEED HELP. i personally approached the chief manager sbm main br. shimoga no result. these banking officers are not committed to service and not taking care of public greviencies .
please help me to get my Rs.10000=00 sir.

This is Dharmendra Mangrauthia from Delhi and this complain is regarding My father ShriNiwas Mangrauthia who has applied for Multicheck Book from the Home branch Banda, U. P. (branch code 21) on 11 sep 2009. But from the date he applied didn't get any acknowledgement or something else. And when he went to the local barnch for the enquiry then they told they cann't do something it is all done from Mumbai or Noida Branch (Sec 62).
Because father live in the Village and is Heart Patient so cann't up and down.
So please guide me what to do..?

SBI — money loss in online transaction
Dear Sir,I am the customer of SBI and posses the ATM-CUM-DEBIT card[protected]. On[protected] I tried to transact the amount of Rs 500/- to CC AVENNUE but I got the result of TRANSACTION FAILURE on my screen, so I paid the money through DD. But I come across that Rs 500/- is taken from my account as I.D[protected] and T NO 6001.I have mailed to both SBI and CC AVENNUE shopping, but hardly i couldn't get any reply.
I request you to consider my complaint and your contact regarding any other proceedings that needs to be done.

Sir,
I have lodged a complaint on 25/5/09 through Branch Manger, SBI Valiamala in connection with erronious debitof Rs. 1000/- on 23/05/2009 in my above mentioned SB Account.
On 23rd May I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1000/- from AXIX Bank ATM at Nedumangadu, Trivandrum at 11.23 hrs. But the transaction failed and displayed a message 'unable to process' ( Transaction No. 2962; Code 072) I tried again at SBT ATM but failed and displayed 'insufficent balance'. The mini statement taken after this shows a withdrawl of Rs. 1000/- has effected in my SB Account Balance. Kindly make necessary arangements to credit the same in my above mentioned SB Account at the earliest.

I have Deposited a cheque no 141288 dt 3.10.09 on UCO Bank Jublee Hills, Hyderabad for Rs 25000/- in My SB A/C No[protected]B V Nagendra Kumar). This cheque is already cleared in UCO Bank on 13.10.09 but not Credited in my A/C No [protected] please do need full immediately. Customer Service Complaint Ticket Number CC[protected].

On 31.03.2009, i drew Rs. 5000 from my account (No. [protected]) from the sbi bank atm situated at campus of main branch, Ghazipur (U.P.). I did not recieve any money from atm machine but the money got debited from my account. Due to urgency just after I again drew Rs. 5000. Finally I get only Rs. 5000 from atm but Rs.[protected] + 5000) debited from my account. On the same day i gave a written complaint to the atm officer of sbi, main branch, Ghazipur. But till today nothing happened and I did not get my amount (Rs. 5000) back to my account.what can i do now?

The transaction type is GRPT. While doing this transaction I wrongly selected the SBH branch. Actually the account belongs to “Collect rate”, NALGONDA, SBH branch. But I selected “MAITHRI WOMENS COLLEGE” NALGONDA, SBH branch. Still now the amount is not credited in the concerned account but it is debited in my account. Please trace the amount and in which account it is credited.
Ref No. showing for this transaction is “GRPT INB: IZ00249486 TRANSFER TO[protected]”.
Credit Reference No SBI[protected].
The SBI customer care is showing IZ00249486 as wrong reference code.
Please help me to the money back.

Most humlby and respectfully I beg to state that my a/c is in your bank . my parents deposited money Rs 3000 /- from B.S city (Jharkhand) on 4th nov 2009 and when I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs 3000/- from maharashtra bank (ATM ID - SB0MA032001), gultekadi branch (pune) then it was found that money already deducted without any legal transection. At that time i got unable to process in that transection slip, my a/c no is [protected], ATM card no[protected], NAME - SUBHASH THAKUR
so, kindly recheck my a/c and and correct the fault . For this i will be ever thankfull to you

Beside this my statement of account is not showing proper narration of Rs 3702 transaction as it showing "TO TRANSFER LOAN REPAYMENT". I think they dont have rights to debite my current account without my intimation (other than my regular loan installment).
What should i do so that this thing never happen again to me or any other SBI customer.
