[Resolved]  SBI Tata Credit Card — bills not sent on email

My card no [protected] & I am a regular user of this card . I have repeatedly asked for bills to be sent to me by e mail, PLEASE SEND MONTHLY BILL ON THE ABOVE e mail add ragularly.

tata sbi credit card — bill not sent by them

i have used the tata sbi card for last one year but they have not send the bill on time and so many times ringup for payment of bill. i personally contact their help desk as well as there head office at delhi but they do not take any action unless a phone call for payment of bill. i am not understand what is the hidden reason behind for not sending the bill on time.
Tata card which I have been issued was not used even for one single time.One fine day they sent me a draft for Rs10000 saying that it is express money draft.As iam not wlling to accept i did not encash the same. But quite surprisingly they are charging financial charges other charges to the extent of 600 to 700 every month for the last one year.I have not used the card and I have not taken any amount from them i donot know how iam liable to pay this unethical charges apart from showing dues as 10300..
i am using sbi tatacredit card since it was changed from sbi card.you people say you have been selected as a potetial coustomer.
Since that day we have not received the bill from your end.when we call your people say to complain the matter to the tool free no.and according to there records some body is receiving the bill at our end.
we want to know who is receiving the bill on our behalf.i want to see the scaned copy of the P O D of the courier.
more over the card is blocked due to some internal policy matter.they say payments are not on time.
how can a person pay if he is not given the bills.
pl let me know as how we can proceed on this matter.

every time your person rings up and ask for the payment we are paying them

I have asked for bills to be sent to me by e mail, PLEASE SEND MONTHLY BILL ON THE ABOVE e mail add regularly, as last month bill yet to receive by me and unable to pay the same, meantime the phone calls coming from your office/agent. if it will happened next time, I shall no other option to pay the balance amount and stop using the card and convey the same to my contacts so that no one should harassed by you.
