As Ido not wish to be bound by the card holder agreement, I have returned the sbi card to SBICPSL, PostBagNo.28, NewDelhi-110001[cutting into pieces, according to your direction] on[protected].I request you to be kind enough tocancel my card permanently[card number [protected]] and not to despatch a renewed one[if already sent blockthe card] .

cardno.[protected].please block the card immiditily.as ur company is charging yearly charges i would not like to continue the credit card.please cancell or block my card .iam paying my dues with in 7 days.please block my addon card also.
