[Resolved]  SBIcard — Non reciept of monthly statements

I am also not in receipt of the May08, Jun08 & Aug08 statement.
The Call center executive had been reminded to atleast send the email statement, but to no avail.

Dear Sir
For the last couple of months i am not getting my statement. You are requested to send it in time so that payments can be made in time. Last month also i reminded to the customer service, still i have not get the statement for last month also.

They are worst, they have charged annual fee every year, I need to yell at them and they reverse. This year I am out of India and tried calling them on their customer care number, it does not work. I emailed them, it bounces back. Finally had to send them letter via mail. Still no reaction.

During the last several months, Monthly Statements are not received regularly. Many a time, they are recieved by way of duplicate statement, that too only on telephonic request contacting Customer Care. Though Statement date is 19th of every month, so far, i.e. till 25.10.08, October 19 Statement is not received. Even when received, Statement is received only in the first week of following month, bareely a couple of days before due date. In the month of Septeembeer, 2008, Bill is not received at all. Payment is made on the basis of e-statement.
