[Resolved]  SBIcard — MONTHLY STATEMENT

Sir,
I have not received my monthly statment of my SBI credit Card since four months.I have complained many times in customer's but not received any fruitful response.

My sbicard No.[protected] has been cancelled long back.
But Iam receiving the monthly statement every month till now.
There are no dues on my card payable to sbicard.
A sum of Rs. 445.04CR is with sbicard which is payable to me because it is the excess amount.
Kindly refund the balance amount of Rs.445.04 with interest to me at the earliest and stop sending the monthly statements.
I have destroyed the above quoted sbicard.

I HAD WITHDRAWN MY SBI CARD LAST YEAR AFTER DISTORTING THE CARD AND PUT THE SAME IN THE DROP BOX OF SBI, DHAKURIA BRANCH, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL. HENCE THE QUESTION O[censored]SESAGE OF THIS CARD DOES NOT ARISE. YOU HAVE SEND ME A STATEMENT DATED 03 APR 2009 SHOWING THE AMOUNT OF RS.1517.68 IS DUE FOR THE PERIOD 27.03.09 TO 03.04.09. KINDLY NOTE WHEN I DESTROYED MY CARD THERE WAS NO DUES AGAINST MY ACCOUNT NO.

KINDLY CANCEL THE STATEMENT IMMEDIATELY AND CLEAR MY ACCOUNT.

Dear Sir,
My card number is [protected].
I am receiving monthly statement through E mail. But for the month of March 2009 I have not received any mail. In the April 2009 statement am amount of Rs.539.06 has been charged as financial charges apart from the late fee payment ofRs.100/-. On taking up the matter with the helpline it is informed that the statement sent to me for the month of March 2009 was bounced back. I have made payment of the full amount of Rs.19174/- on 19/4/2009 and requested them to recredit the charges debited to my account.
But on verfication of May 2009 statement it is learnt that late fee payment of Rs.100/- has been reversed, still financial charges are yet to be recredited to me. I request you to look into the matter and recredit the financial charges of Rs.539.06 debited in the statement for April 2009.

Please note that on the subject card, i had cleared all the outstanding in the last year & afterthat-i had not done any transaction on this card & did not wish to use this card. However after three to four months-i recieved a statement from your bank saying that i have to pay some 900 RS AS RENEWAL CHARGES. Since i did not wish to use the card & also i did not get the new card- i did not pay & also intimated the same on your the mail id given in your card statement, But i kept on getting the statements without answering my querry & also given my name on CIBIL-LIST OF DEFAULTERS. It has caused lot of pain & agony to undersigned-please get in touch with me at my telephone no :[protected] to close the issue & arrange to witdraw my name from the list of defaulters otherwise-i will be forced to take legal course.

my card number is [protected] i am not using from last 5 monts. even though your sending with a min amount of rs 50/- around. I did not paid the amount of min from last 4 months. I want to cancell the card. last month statement i receved with the rs 1070/- how it happend . What the hell you are doing. What nonsence you are doing. kindly come and collect the broken card. if not i will put case in consumer forum. ple do the needful immedieatly. dont play games with good customers.
